When I first arrived, staff kindly guided me. the hotel has all I need: Wi, Fi, parking, 24, hour assistance, pool bar. With amenities like AC and no smoking, it's my go, to for weekend stays.

My recent stay at the Brownwood Hotel & Spa was fantastic! I was there for a weekend getaway and thoroughly enjoyed the cowboy chic decor throughout. the pool, with its salty water, was a refreshing delight, and the lobby's high ceilings added a touch of grandeur. the softest sheets in my room made for a restful night's sleep, and the amenities were top-notch. Special mention to Katie at the front desk for exceptional service! Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

We had a great weekend getaway at this place! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby stores and restaurants. We loved the welcome drink and the room amenities, particularly the comfortable bed and the tea and coffee facilities. The outdoor swimming pool was a highlight for us, and we also enjoyed the spa and wellness centre. The live entertainment added to the fun atmosphere, and we appreciated the 24-hour reception and security.

Stayed at a stylish, posh-western themed hotel that was reasonably priced. Loved the beautiful wood floors and quiet room. Unfortunately, the spa was unavailable at the time of our stay, but we still highly recommend The Brownwood Hotel & Spa. a great experience.

The hotel had a nice location close to the square so that was nice. the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. the Cowboy Chic decor was beautifully done, and the cleanliness was exceptional. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

The hotel location is very convenient, close to shops and restaurants. The hotel decor is rustic with beautiful designs and well-maintained grounds. The rooms are modern, equipped with comfortable bedding, and clean bathrooms with enough toiletries.

There was a problem with the hairdryer. It kept tripping the breaker and causing inconvenience when getting ready, especially with long hair.

We loved the farmhouse chic decor of the hotel and the beautifully decorated rooms. The staff, especially Dominic at the front desk, were extremely helpful. The hallways were clean and chic, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere. The hotel offered plenty of nearby options for dining, shopping, and entertainment. It was a great experience for low-budget travelers like us!

Felt like home, no complaints at all.

The rooms were clean, spacious and had lovely bathrooms. the staff was great and very friendly, making our stay enjoyable. the hotel is conveniently located near a restaurant which was very convenient for us. We also found out that the hotel had a nice pool area, but we didn't have time to use it.

The continental breakfast wasn't available as advertised, and we were only offered a cup of coffee. the lobby and hallways were a bit too cold and busy for our taste.
