We had a few minor issues during our stay, but nothing that would deter us from recommending this hotel to our friends. The only downside was that the staff didn't respect our request for privacy despite having a "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on our door.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect for us as it was within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, and clubs. Additionally, it was conveniently close to Barnes Hospital, Washington University, and the Museums. The staff was exceptional, particularly Remy and Jason at the front desk. They were friendly, attentive, and provided us with a fantastic room upgrade and a beautiful view. The breakfast at The Preston was delicious, and the bed in our suite was incredibly comfortable. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely consider visiting again.

My recent stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I was pleasantly surprised by the newly renovated room and the elegant decor. The classic feel of the hotel remained intact while offering a brighter, updated atmosphere. The staff was accommodating and attentive while undergoing renovations, limiting disruption to our stay. I highly recommend Sonesta Chase Park Plaza.

Spacious queen suites made our stay with multiple people comfortable. the convenient location near a beautiful park, shopping, and restaurants was a huge plus. Being able to walk or run in the park right outside the door was fantastic.

Parking was a hassle, with the valet always backed up. We had to self, park on the street as the hotel parking ramp was not quick.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Forest Park. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city's many sights and facilities. The hotel itself was clean and had excellent facilities, including a pool deck with cabanas. The staff were friendly and hospitable, providing complimentary hors d'oeuvres, breakfast, and beverages on the concierge floor. The views from our suite overlooking Forest Park were breathtaking. We also enjoyed the convenience of having Straub's across the street for groceries and snacks.

The attention to detail at the Chase Park Plaza was impressive. We were upgraded to a spacious and comfortable suite with stunning city views. The bathroom was large and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel cared for throughout our stay. The hotel's convenient location allowed for easy access to St. Louis' attractions. The historical charm and elegance of the hotel added to the overall experience. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to others. a memorable stay at a beautiful hotel.

The hotel had a convenient location, with a garage available for parking. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially when I had a parking issue. I also enjoyed the security of the elevators, which made me feel safe during my stay.

Accessibility from the garage to the check-in area and conference rooms was not well-indicated, making it difficult to navigate. Additionally, the noise from the restaurant on the third floor was very disruptive, especially during live music performances that went on late into the night.

Amazing location, great park nearby, close to shops, restaurants, and bars. Easy access garage and smooth valet service. Comfortable room with nice decor. Friendly staff, especially Mark in the lobby who was exceptionally helpful and friendly. He deserves special recognition for his outstanding service.

I had a fantastic stay here. This place is located right off Forest park, in a very nice city neighborhood. The staff is very friendly and eager to help in any manner. The room amenities like air-conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, flat-screen TV, and free toiletries were great, along with cleaning, laundry and room service facilities. The leisure seasonal swimming pool was very nice to relax by and the bar/ lounge area offered a nice atmosphere.

I loved the convenience of having so many amenities right at the hotel, such as Straub's across the street, restaurants, room service, spa, and in-room movies. The housekeeping service was outstanding, responding to requests immediately and servicing the room late in the day. The staff were all terrific and I got a lovely upgrade without even asking. The view of the pool was beautiful and the overall experience was luxurious and comfortable.
