The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they even upgraded my room to one with a better view without charging me extra. The location was perfect, near the convention center and 16th street mall. The mountain view from my room was breathtaking, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant had delicious food, although it didn't quite measure up to my sister's place in Jackson Hole. The breakfast staff was outstanding - whoever hired them did a great job.

The master of ceremonies was exceptionally knowledgeable and well-versed, even catering to my European background by speaking in my language. The front desk was quick to find solutions to any questions or problems, and their new system of communication made everything extremely easy. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom amenities, including the mirror TV in the tub, were fantastic. Room service was outstanding, and the waiter provided a dining experience comparable to a fine restaurant. my experience at the Four Seasons was nothing short of royal treatment, making it my go-to hotel for future visits.

Additionally, it was conveniently close to the 16th street mall bus and provided easy access to Union Station and the rail system to the airport.
