The kids adored the family pool and made friends easily, thanks to the fun activities like arts and crafts. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Jorge, who came to the rescue with a drink for my daughter when she needed it most.

Unfortunately, the hotel does have its shortcomings. We found the room to be a bit basic and noisy. Parking is steep at $50 per day, and the food was hit or miss, with slow service that could be improved.

We loved our time at The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne! The highlight was certainly the vibrant atmosphere at the lobby’s Rumbar, where we enjoyed specialty cocktails accompanied by live Latin music each evening—like a mini vacation in Cuba without the passport hassle! It made our stay feel truly festive and memorable.

Room cleanliness issues need attention!!! The expensive dining options should reflect higher quality for the price!!! Soundproofing between rooms is essential!!! Consistent service improvements are a must for a luxury experience!!!

I absolutely loved the beautiful beach service! They provided complimentary setup of chairs and umbrellas, along with sunscreen and refreshments to keep us comfortable throughout the day. The incredible family-friendly atmosphere made it easy for my kids to make friends while enjoying the various activities offered, allowing me to unwind on my own. Plus, the in-house car service made our exploration of local attractions a breeze!

The tennis center offered daily clinics with professionals, which I enjoyed. The lobby lounge had a nice atmosphere, reminiscent of Old Havana, where I indulged in a variety of rums and listened to live music. The beach area provided a peaceful escape. However, noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable during my stay, detracting from the relaxation I sought. Overall, the atmosphere felt more family-oriented than luxurious.

The welcoming staff made us feel right at home. room service was efficient, and the beach access was perfect for relaxation. we enjoyed the vibrant bar area and the diverse dining menu.

Housekeeping could pay more attention to cleanliness. I noticed some slight issues with noise from adjacent rooms.

However, can someone explain to me why I felt like I was auditioning for 'Dancing with the Stars' while dodging that tractor on the beach? Not quite what I had in mind for a relaxing holiday!
