The Ritz-Carlton in Key Biscayne exceeded our expectations with its stunning grounds and impeccable service. The ocean views were breathtaking, and the staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The cabana bar by the adult pool was a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy the ocean views. The family pool and beach were also very enjoyable, with plenty of chairs and attentive staff. The gym was well-equipped and perfect for our workout needs.

Celebrating New Year’s at this hotel was a blast! The staff was very welcoming and offered us complimentary champagne and hats for the occasion, which was a great way to start our stay. The hotel’s location was perfect; we could walk to the nearby restaurants and shops. We loved the beach view from our room, it was breathtaking. The beach setup was also very convenient, with chairs, towels, and umbrellas available.

The parking fee was quite steep, and it was a bummer that we had to pay extra for it. the breakfast prices were a bit high, but luckily there were local breakfast spots nearby that we could visit instead.

The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for lounging and cooling off. The beach access was a pleasant surprise since we enjoyed swimming in the ocean and soaking up the sun. We also appreciated the private facilities offered to us as an exclusive advantage.

We encountered only one minor issue during our stay at this hotel. One of the restaurants was closed due to renovations which limited our dining options.
