The staff at Grand Hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist us with any requests we had during our stay. They made us feel right at home and took great care of us. The heated floors in the bathroom were a delightful surprise, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with ample towels provided. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to all the attractions and events we wanted to visit. We had a wonderful view of the river and surrounding community from our room, and even got to enjoy a front row seat to the fireworks display. Despite a minor issue with the heat in our room and a problem with the toilet, both of which were promptly addressed, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grand Hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations.

We recently stayed at The Grand Hotel for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The walk-in tiled shower and large stone vanity in the bathroom were impressive. The location was perfect, right in the center of town, with great restaurants within walking distance and others just a short drive away. The parking right at the door was convenient too. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome before our arrival, even calling to see if we needed anything special. They surprised us with chocolate covered strawberries to celebrate my partner's birthday. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were clean and spacious. We didn't want to leave!

I recently stayed at The Grand Hotel in Kennebunk for a weekend getaway. The hotel was beautifully new and our room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and the complimentary champagne in the afternoon was a delightful surprise. The location was ideal, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. I also loved the all-day complimentary coffee and tea. a wonderful experience and I can't wait to return.

The room was elegantly decorated with luxurious bedding, and the spacious bathroom was a wonderful touch. The upscale toiletries in the shower added to the overall luxurious experience. The friendly and efficient check-in by Kathy made us feel welcomed. The breakfast spread, consisting of moist coffee cake, yogurt, boiled eggs, juice, and a great cup of coffee. The hotel displayed beautiful artwork, creating a unique atmosphere that I would definitely return to.

We got great value for our money with a beautifully decorated and comfortable room, complete with a modern bathroom and heated floors. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the middle of town with easy parking, and the staff at the front desk were helpful and knowledgeable.

One of the best aspects was the stunning views of the river and surrounding community from the front corner room on the third floor. We had a front row seat to the fireworks during our stay.

One negative aspect was the lack of onsite staff after 7pm. This made it inconvenient for late check-ins and ordering beer or wine for the room.
