I recently stayed at Le Meridien for a business trip and was pleased with my experience. The hotel's location was perfect, right across from the Galleria and a short distance from downtown and Love Field airport. The woman at check-in was exceptional, providing friendly and efficient service. The room itself was nicely updated and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the awesome pool. The staff was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions without hesitation. The breakfast was delicious and the bed was incredibly comfy. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

I had a really great stay at this hotel. First of all, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist me and ensure that my stay was comfortable. Secondly, the hotel had beautiful facilities, with modern furnishings and a lovely decor. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, perfect for a girls' weekend or a family stay. Lastly, the location of the hotel was fantastic. It was conveniently located just in front of the Galleria Mall, providing easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. I had a great experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others.

While everything else was great, there was one aspect that could be improved. The lighting in the suite was a bit dim, which made it difficult to see properly at times. However, this was only a minor issue and didn't significantly impact my overall experience.

The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were great places to unwind and relax. The room service was excellent, and the laundry facilities came in very handy. Our room was clean and had a sitting area, television, telephone, and hair dryer. We also appreciated the 24-hour reception and 24-hour security, making us feel safe and secure. This hotel really does provide enhanced comfort and quality services. We can't wait to come back again at the end of the month!

This hotel is in an unbeatable location in the heart of the business center, close to the airport, and right next door to Galleria shopping center. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, featuring modern decor and updated amenities. The bathroom is well-appointed with plenty of counter space and plush towels. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast spread is delicious and varied, with plenty of options for all tastes. Guests can also take advantage of the on-site fitness center and pool for a great workout or a refreshing swim.

It can be frustrating to have to pay for parking, especially when self-parking can be chaotic and inconvenient.

Great location and comfortable stay. We had an issue with the key cards, but the staff quickly fixed it for us. The room had everything we needed and we had a good night's sleep.

We received a couple of lovely freebies for our city break trip. The location was great and close to all attractions. The room was nicely decorated and had a great view.

Unfortunately the hotel was charging for almost everything. Wi-Fi had to be paid for, the parking was very expensive, food and drinks were extremely overpriced. This definitely made the experience less enjoyable and made us feel nickel-and-dimed throughout our stay.
