I recently stayed at Le Meridien for a business trip and was pleased with my experience. The hotel's location was perfect, right across from the Galleria and a short distance from downtown and Love Field airport. The woman at check-in was exceptional, providing friendly and efficient service. The room itself was nicely updated and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the awesome pool. The staff was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions without hesitation. The breakfast was delicious and the bed was incredibly comfy. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Lastly, the location of the hotel was fantastic. It was conveniently located just in front of the Galleria Mall, providing easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. I had a great experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others.

The service at check-in was lacking, as I was not given any information about the hotel amenities or even the floor number of my room. Additionally, when I requested a taxi, I was provided with a more expensive car service instead, without being informed in advance.

The location is unbeatable, directly across the street from the Galleria mall, making it extremely convenient for shopping and dining. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and breakfast is included.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, featuring modern decor and updated amenities. The bathroom is well-appointed with plenty of counter space and plush towels. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast spread is delicious and varied, with plenty of options for all tastes. Guests can also take advantage of the on-site fitness center and pool for a great workout or a refreshing swim.

It can be frustrating to have to pay for parking, especially when self-parking can be chaotic and inconvenient.
