I recently stayed at The Time in NYC for a week-long trip. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Times Square and close to Broadway theatres. The inclusion of breakfast with healthy options was a great bonus. The staff, especially Raphael at the concierge and Jack at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The modern boutique design of the hotel and the comfortable beds made for a great stay. it was one of the best hotels I've experienced!

Best aspects of my stay were the excellent location and the comfortable rooms. the hotel is conveniently located near Times Square and two subway lines, making it easy to explore the city. the rooms, though small, provided a cozy and comfortable space to relax after a day of sightseeing.

Worst aspects of my stay were the lack of cleanliness and the unhelpful staff. the staff was rude and unaccommodating when addressing these concerns.

Great location for Broadway shows, in a modern and stylish setting. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Stella at the front desk and the head concierge. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to many attractions, avoiding the need for crowded and dirty public transport. Assistance with taxis is readily available. Staff top-notch.

My wife and I had a wonderful 4-day getaway at The Time. The boutique hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us extra hours before check out and taking care of our luggage. They even arranged affordable transportation for us. The warm welcome and room upgrade made us feel special, and the comfortable room provided a great night's sleep. We thoroughly enjoyed the wine and cheese tasting as well. We will definitely choose The Time for future visits to the city.

Conveniently located near Broadway theaters and Hell's Kitchen restaurants. Spacious rooms, even the smallest one. Close to subway and hop on and off bus. Enjoyable wine and cheese hour from 5-7pm.

Recently refurbished boutique-style accommodation in a great location offering comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Close to a variety of dining options and a grocery store. Highly recommended for frequent travelers.

This hotel is located in an incredibly convenient area, being just off Times Square and close to a few subway stations and Rockefeller center. The bed and room attendants are of good quality and the toiletries provided are pleasing. The wine and chess hours are a great addition to the stay.

The breakfast is minimal and not worth the added resort fee.

As a bonus, complementary wine is offered, and the sofa bed was already made up for extra comfort. Breakfast is available with delicious croissants, but for vegan guests, be aware that it is not included and served in plastic plates.
