Huge room was perfect, and we really enjoyed the complimentary wine hour. The hotel’s location made visiting the Rockettes and trying out an in-room workout from a local fitness center super easy. Loved the chilled vibe and convenient amenities!

One bummer was the unpredictable air conditioning. it disrupted our sleep on hot nights. Not ideal for comfort during our stay.

Take advantage of the live entertainment events and complimentary wine hour. they really enhance the stay and provide a great way to unwind after a busy day exploring the city.

Inconsistent Wi-Fi performance and confusing room layouts!!! Housekeeping services need attention and late-night noise from neighboring streets is quite disruptive!!! Also, the elevator availability is laughably limited!!! What gives?

Had a lekker stay with the chill vibe in the lobby and the complimentary wine hour was such a nice touch. Room was spacious, super comfy beds for those long city days, and coffee was on point in the morn.

The restaurant was a bit too mobbed for my liking, couldn't even nab a seat for brekkie on the weekend.

Stylish hotel with stunning bathrooms. I loved the free wine in the evenings and how spacious our room was for family. Plenty of toiletries, and the beds were comfy, too!

But honestly, those doors could wake the dead when they slam. It’s like they’ve never heard of a little buffer!

The hotel features a great ambiance with a nice, chilled vibe, especially during the complimentary wine hour. The Deluxe Queen Room offered superb comfort, with spacious interiors and exceptionally cozy beds. Although the city traffic could be heard, it created more of a comforting backdrop rather than a distraction. However, the coffee selection, while satisfying, could use a bit more variety to enhance the morning experience.

Loved the quick subway access! The views of the Empire State were constant, and the cozy queen room was a bonus.

I had such a fantastic time with the free coffee every morning and the clean, modern bathroom in my room that was surprisingly spacious for NYC. Relaxing in the lounge area with live music was a delightful surprise too! The only minor thing was that the windows were a bit dirty, but that didn’t take away from the fun at all. 😊

The James New York, Nomad exceeded my expectations! The staff were genuinely helpful, and I loved the spacious room we stayed in. Also, complimentary wine at 5 PM was the perfect way to unwind after a long day. The fitness center was a nice touch for a quick workout too!
