The Lodge at Woodloch exceeded all our expectations. We loved the beautiful grounds and the variety of activities available. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the pool and outside hot tub to the comfortable beds. The meals were delicious and made with nutritious ingredients, some of which were grown on the property. The breakfast options were fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The location on the lake provided a serene and peaceful atmosphere.

The location of the hotel on a beautiful lake in the Pocono mountains was absolutely stunning. We enjoyed walking along the nearby trails and taking in the breathtaking views. The service provided by the staff was top-notch. They were exceptionally polite and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. They even coordinated our spa appointments so that we could all be together. The rooms were clean, well-appointed, and had separate bathtubs, which added an extra touch of luxury. It was clear that the hotel took pride in maintaining cleanliness and comfort throughout our stay.

The spa treatments were exceptional, definitely worth every penny. the staff was kind and accommodating, especially Sharon , and Susan.

Some employees were inhospitable, especially Jennifer at the front desk and a female at the restaurant host stand. I had negative experiences with both of them.

We had an truly outstanding stay at The Lodge. The luxurious bedroom with its balcony and spacious bathroom exceeded our expectations. The housekeeping was impeccable, and the attention to detail was evident throughout our stay.

This place was absolutely amazing! the staff were incredibly friendly and always there to assist. the food selection was delicious and healthy, and the servers were attentive. the rooms had large balconies with lovely views of a waterfall. There were so many classes and activities to keep you busy even on a rainy day. the spa services and retreat locker rooms were phenomenal. the outside whirlpool offered a peaceful view of the grounds. the live acoustic guitarist during dinner was a great touch. the experience was first class and I can't wait to come back.

The drive to the hotel was absolutely gorgeous and I was greeted by the friendliest staff at the gate and front desk. the variety of classes offered, like yoga, art classes, and knitting, were amazing. the massage services were great, especially the Tension Tamer. the food options were excellent, with surprisingly varied and delicious vegan choices. I also loved the fact that they have a cell phone policy, so the atmosphere is peaceful and there are snacks, water, and teas available at all times.

There were no negative aspects to my stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations.

My girlfriends and I recently had a birthday trip to a wonderful spa resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff at The Lodge made us feel like VIPs. The service was outstanding and the accommodations were beautiful. We even had a private dining room for our large group. The spa treatments were heavenly, and the fitness classes were well-run. The attention to detail, from the personalized water bottles to the luxurious robes, was impressive. We had an amazing time and can't wait to come back!

The pool and outdoor hot tub were also fantastic. it was a truly wonderful experience and we can't wait to go back.
