Our four-night stay at the Michelangelo was outstanding. The staff was constantly kind, helpful, and cheerful. The location was perfect, with easy access to Times Square, theaters, and the subway. We were even able to enjoy New Year's Eve and see the ball drop comfortably. Our Junior Suite was tremendous, spacious, and quiet, with a very comfortable bed. The room extras like bathrobes, slippers, and a wireless cellphone charger were a nice touch. We also appreciated that all calls, including international, were included in the charge.

Staying at this place was an amazing experience. The hotel is located in such a prime spot, right in the middle of everything. I was able to walk to all the places I wanted to see, especially the theatre district. The staff are exceptional, I couldn't fault them. All my needs were accommodated and the 24-hour room service was very convenient. The cleanliness of the rooms was beyond expectations and I had a very comfortable stay in a soundproofed room.
