Staff were friendly, especially during breakfast service.

I encountered a few issues during my stay that dampened my experience. First, the handicapped parking was not as close to the entrance as I hoped, which made it challenging for someone like me who gets short of breath. Additionally, I found one of the elevators was malfunctioning when we arrived, causing some inconvenience until it was repaired later that day.

during my stay, I was thrilled to discover the Sumter County Museum just about 6.5 km away, which offered a delightful glimpse into local history, and the charming Sumter Gallery of Art was only 5.5 km away, perfect for a leisurely stroll to appreciate the local art scene during my weekend walk.

i thought i was going to have a relaxing stay, but the hot tub had been down, which was the only reason i booked the room! also, the cleaning lady Gloria was beyond rude when i asked for towels, and i received none. i nearly gave a good review but just couldn't. i'm honestly stil shocked by this experience.

We loved our spacious room for five kids, and the breakfast hit the spot—my kids couldn't get enough of the eggs! The location was convenient for visiting local attractions. There were fun activities nearby like horseback riding.

My kids wished the hot tub was warmer.

Amazing place to unwind after a day, and enjoy the live music during breakfast.

Had a big space in the room and the fridge helped keep my drinks cold. Breakfast was good with clean gloves to use for the utensils which I found really considerate during these times.

It wasn't a bargain but still reasonable for what you get.

The King Suite was super spacious and really comfy. I loved having the two separate bathrooms — such a lifesaver for when you’re trying to get ready! Breakfast was a highlight too. my kid scarfed down tons of eggs. Just a great setup for families. A couple of cleanliness hiccups, like stains on the sofa, but overall, a solid stay!
