My stay at this hotel was perfect for what I needed. The location is great with ample parking available, making it convenient for guests with vehicles. The staff provided good service and were attentive to detail. Additionally, the breakfast in the morning was impressive as it included several different options.

The only aspect that could be improved was the maintenance of the rooms. Although the overall experience was good, there were a few minor issues such as the sliding door to the shower/sink falling off the track, the shower door handle being loose and wobbly, and the towel hook being loose and not stationary.

As someone with physical handicaps, I appreciated the spacious room with a refrigerator and microwave at Springhill Suites. The separate shower and commode made it easier for me to navigate. Cynthia at the front desk was very helpful and made check-in a breeze. I also want to give a shoutout to Lilly, the housekeeper, who did an outstanding job taking care of our room.
