The check-in process was quick and the staff were super nice. We were given a quiet room with a view of the street but still private. The room was basic, clean, and had everything we needed. The shower was nice and warm, and the heating in the room worked great. The TV was modern and in a perfect location. The hotel's location was convenient, with a CVS and other convenience stores nearby.

My recent stay at the Courtyard by Marriott on Van Ness Ave was fantastic! I stayed for three nights during a medical visit at CPMC. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near Japan Town and other major tourist landmarks. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and having a restaurant on-site was a great convenience. The secure parking was a plus, and the newly revamped hotel was spotless. My room was quiet and the double glazed windows kept out any noise from the street. it was my best stay in SF in ages!
