Everything was amazing during my stay here! I loved being close to the beach and having access to all the amenities like the spa and outdoor pool. The staff was kind and attentive, and the service was top-notch. I also appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and the happy hour.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. the rooms had balconies with beautiful views, allowing us to enjoy the surroundings. Additionally, the hotel provided turn, down service every night, complete with a homemade sweet treat , a delightful touch.

The service and amenities fell short of expectations, especially considering the high price we paid. the staff at the Havana Beach restaurant lacked knowledge of the menu and offerings, which led to some frustrating moments.

Valet services ensure that you won't need your car during your stay. The hi-tech nature of the room, including in-room iPad control and a TV in the bathroom mirror, adds a modern touch. The staff is attentive, with personalized service and a friendly demeanor. The Havana restaurant offers complimentary jalapeno bread and the Havana bar serves outstanding cocktails. The hotel is extremely clean with excellent turn down service. The attention to detail, such as a coffee bar for guests, makes for a delightful stay.

We recently had a romantic escape in Rosemary Beach and enjoyed our stay at a hotel in the heart of the area. the location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. the room was comfortable and the AC worked well, ensuring a pleasant stay. We also appreciated the attentive and friendly staff, who were always available to answer any questions we had.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that we found disappointing. the ordering process for room service was confusing, as there was no menu provided in the room and the iPad provided did not have the necessary information.

Prime location, walkable/bikeable. Exceptionally accommodating, helpful staff. Great views, phenomenal balcony. Amazing amenities, including free water, drink samples, sunscreen, and after-sun gel. Superbly comfortable bed, provided robes and beach bag with free beach access. Will definitely return!

The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with modern amenities like an in-room iPad and a television in the bathroom mirror. One guest had a negative experience with the front desk staff, who did not offer sufficient assistance or solutions for a maintenance issue in their room.

We loved the central location, making it easy to walk or bike to everything in town. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us with any needs we had, even fixing our Wi-Fi connection. The views from our balcony were amazing, overlooking the pool and ocean. The amenities were top-notch, including a well-stocked mini bar, complimentary water, and samples of drinks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we appreciated the robes and beach bag provided. Beach access was also a great bonus.

Enjoyed my Christmas stay at this hotel. the staff was helpful and kind. Loved the complementary hot cocoa and cookies in the lobby. Key location near the beach and shops, with easy access to the pier. Also enjoyed the heated pool at night for a quick dip.

The room was a bit cramped for the price and the bathroom had a slight moldy smell. Had trouble with the key card and had to go back down to the lobby for a new one.

The hotel felt like a cozy inn by the Cornwall coast. I couldn't extend my stay but would definitely recommend it. The staff, especially Christy and Angel, went above and beyond. The room was luxurious and the staff even prepared a birthday surprise for my wife. We loved the personalized attention, delicious meals, and the convenient location near shops and the beach.
