Location was great – close to the market and had an amazing rooftop view at night. the hotel was very clean, from the fresh, smelling room to the crisp linens and sparkling bathroom. the incorporation of local art in the tasteful wallpaper was a lovely touch. the bathrobes were like comfy hooded sweatshirts, a nice addition. Additionally, the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, arranging a special treat for our celebration.

There was no housekeeping, and we had to call every day just for fresh towels. Our room was never cleaned, and the trash was not taken out.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the nearby attractions and tourist hotspots. I loved that I could easily walk to the restaurant and other places in the area. The staff at this place were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room I stayed in was quiet, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The complimentary pastries, cereal, and coffee in the morning were a pleasant bonus.

I stayed at a hotel near Pike Place Market for 3 nights. This place exceeded my expectations in every way! The location was fantastic and very convenient to the market and attractions. The room I stayed in was quiet, cozy, and impeccably clean. The staff were attentive and always ready to assist. I particularly enjoyed the restaurant and bar area, where the food was exceptional. I will definitely be returning!

The staff was attentive and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The restaurant/bar area had exceptional food, and I especially appreciated the gin shot given upon check-in. With room key access to other floors, I felt secure throughout my stay.

Great place - beautiful remodel of an already lovely old place, updating and also adding some stunning art. Staff were outstanding, both at the hotel and at attached Ben Paris Hotel. I was there for a week and they all made me feel very welcome, with every single encounter. Highly recommend!
