The turn down service and chocolates on the pillow each night were a lovely touch. The maid, Keira, even left a thoughtful note and bookmark for my mom. The hotel itself was stunning, with spacious and clean rooms. The food was delicious, and the view of Lake Erie was breathtaking. The staff at the front reception and club lounge went above and beyond to make our wedding preparations and stay enjoyable. Lastly, when I forgot my veil before my ceremony, the hotel staff quickly sent a driver to bring it to me. I will definitely stay here again.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and modern rooms at The Ritz-Carlton. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the high-quality bedding ensured a restful night's sleep. The staff at the bar were friendly and knowledgeable, especially bartender Joseph, who remembered our drink order after just one visit. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore downtown Cleveland and its surrounding attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for its upscale atmosphere and excellent amenities.

The location was convenient, as we were able to walk to Jack's Casino without having to go outside. I had an amazing stay at this hotel in downtown Cleveland. The location was perfect, with a mall just a short walk away and the federal courthouse nearby. It was incredibly convenient to reach from the airport by train. The room was beautiful and spacious, with plenty of outlets for charging devices. The high-speed Wi-Fi actually delivered on its promise. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel like a valued guest.

There were some issues with the service. The hotel failed to provide all the necessary towels and toiletries in my room.

We had an amazing stay at the recently renovated hotel. The modern lobby and sleek rooms were impressive. The Club level amenities and food presentation were top-notch. The staff were accommodating and the valet service was helpful. Despite some minor issues with the water pressure and A/C, we were overall pleased with our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in downtown Cleveland. the location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic, with easy access to key attractions and landmarks in the city. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and well taken care of. the rooms were modern and tastefully decorated, and the comfortable beds provided a great night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel offered fast and reliable internet, which was a great convenience.

There were a couple of things that I didn't particularly like about the hotel. upon arrival, I had to take a short elevator ride up to the lobby, which was a bit inconvenient.

During my xmas stay, the hotel staff was very welcoming and accommodating. They offered us complementary drinks upon arrival and provided us with a map of the area, which was very helpful. the hotel was conveniently located near popular attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Another advantage was the comfortable and spacious room, which had all the necessary amenities.

Our experience was slightly marred by the ongoing construction that was taking place during our visit. the noise level was quite high, which made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy the hotel.

I was excited to stay at this hotel in Cleveland and I had a fantastic experience. The staff was very hospitable, providing excellent service from the moment I arrived. They even helped with my luggage. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was attentive and friendly. Additionally, the hotel's location was great, not far from University Circle, Tremont, and Ohio City. I had a wonderful stay and I would definitely choose this hotel again.

We enjoyed the cozy fireplace in the lobby and valet service was quick and efficient. the bed, pillows, and bathroom towels were of high quality, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Our only minor issue was with the lighting system in the room, which was confusing to navigate. Although this hotel lacked a concierge lounge and freebies for elites, the complimentary bottle of water and Kind bar was a nice touch.
