I absolutely loved how easy it was to stroll around Cleveland from the hotel, with the beautiful water fountain right in front, countless fantastic restaurants just a few steps away, and major landmarks like Public Square and the iconic Arcade all within a 10-minute walk, making our weekend explorations so enjoyable and convenient; plus, the hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and had great amenities like a refreshing pool and complimentary meals, though I think the pool could have been a bit warmer.

The staff left a fantastic impression—so friendly and accommodating, especially with our special request. Location was perfect for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. The bar and free meals were delightful surprises! the noise from the corridor and the uncomfortable beds were drawbacks. cleanliness could be improved; the windows really should be washed more often. Breakfast was decent, but it got busy, and some staff seemed a bit disengaged. Pet-friendly is great, but I could've done without the dog hair by the pool. That said, I’d still seek out this brand on future travels.

I couldn't believe how dirty our room was—scuffed walls, sticky spots, and grimy floors. The indoor pool was tiny, and the hot tub was a chemical mess. What a disappointment for what we paid!

Just wanted to share my experience at the Drury. the location was super convenient, just a short walk to downtown attractions. The room itself was comfy with a nice sitting area, desk, refrigerator, and closet. I also appreciated the option of affordable parking across the street for $12 a day. Now, onto some areas that could use improvement. the noise level was a bit bothersome due to the marble floors echoing sounds. It was quite difficult to relax with the constant noise from the hallway. our room wasn't cleaned during our stay, so we had to request clean towels and toilet paper, which was a bit inconvenient. I also encountered some issues with the staff. There was a mix-up with a late checkout request, and the front desk lady was super rude about it. It made for a disappointing interaction. the service during happy hour wasn't accommodating, and there was a mishap with plastic wrap in my food at the hotel restaurant. The Drury has its pros and cons. It's well located and offers comfortable rooms, but there are some areas that could be improved, like room cleanliness and staff professionalism.
