This luxurious hotel lets guests easily explore the entire downtown area, with easy access to the Aquarium, Shoreline Village, and Queen Mary. The heart of it all, with over a 100 restaurants within walking distance, shopping and entertainment across the street, and the fascinating Aquarium of the Pacific nearby too. Leisure activities are also a must with a mid-size fitness center, a heated outdoor pool with a hot tub and fire pit, and easy access to the beach trail for hiking, biking, and walking.

My wife says that the kids wished for a larger children's play area.

The parking was convenient and safe, and we had easy access to transportation options like the cruise ship and the Long Beach harbor. I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel near the ocean. The location was perfect for my business trip as it was just across the street from the convention center. Additionally, being right by the marina provided a scenic view from my room. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of activities within walking distance, such as the aquarium, pier, restaurants, and shopping. The hotel grounds were absolutely beautiful, and the updated and clean lobby gave a great first impression. The staff here were exceptional, from the friendly and helpful front desk to the attentive housekeeping team. I couldn't have asked for better customer service.

We loved the hotel's location on the harbor, as it was close to everything we wanted to visit. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of fresh options.

During my stay at this hotel, I couldn't help but marvel at the perfect location of this place. It is great for business meetings because of its proximity to the convention center and all the necessary services like wake up service, tours/ticket assistance, room amenities, and so on. The views from the hotel are breathtaking as it is located under the ship's bridge and overlooks the waterfront. Besides, the rooms were exceptionally comfortable, with facilities like garden furniture, mini-bar, and more. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable.

I did have a moment of inconvenience when the staff did not provide good service, and there was a little lack of customer service. However, I still recommend this hotel to family and friends because of its excellent location and some great features.

This hotel is perfectly located for anyone attending a convention at the nearby convention center and the marina is just across the street. The rooms are spacious and come with a view of the Queen Mary across the harbour. Plus, the breakfast was included and we enjoyed coffee from our bedroom coffee machine.

The hotel is conveniently located near great restaurants, the aquarium, and shopping, all within walking distance. The hotel is also close to the convention center, making it extremely convenient for conferences and events.

Our check-in experience was not great. We were checked in very late, at 5 PM, while other guests were being charged extra to check out late.

Our stay at Hyatt Regency was fantastic! We requested an early check-in and they not only accommodated us, but our room was ready before 11am. The location couldn't have been better with beautiful views. The room was clean and the bedding and towels were top-notch. The mobile check-in and key features were efficient and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

Fast and friendly valet parking. Overall awesome staff, except one curt concierge. Great nearby food options like Island Burgers and Irish pub.

We had a delightful stay at The Hyatt in Long Beach for a few days while visiting from Palm Springs. Mr. Cedric at the Check-In desk provided exceptional customer service, making us feel welcomed and valued. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered gorgeous views of the bay and Queen Mary. The hotel's location was ideal, within walking distance of shopping and dining options. The on-site shop served delicious pizza, sandwiches, and a must-try fruit compote. a fantastic experience with excellent staff and amenities.

The rooms were clean and the hotel lobby was huge and amazing. The location was great, with easy access to the motorway for exploring LA and beyond. The staff were nice and the housekeeping was good. The views from the hotel, including the beach and the Queen Mary, were fabulous. The Cove restaurant served delicious food at reasonable prices. Self-parking was very easy.

There was no breakfast included in the price and no early check-in, which was a bit inconvenient. The hotel no longer had a happy hour, and the pool area got very congested, especially with kids running around.

Lovely hotel with an amazing location. Conveniently located near local restaurants and the ocean. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially Dena at the front desk. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with nice carpets and a Big Screen TV. The pool was warm and the Jacuzzi was relaxing. The view of the Queen Mary from our window was truly incredible. The lobby cafe offered delicious takeaway breakfast items and the in-room coffee machine was a nice touch.

As foreign tourists, we loved the breathtaking view of the harbor from our updated room. The front desk service provided by Curtis was excellent, and he even surprised us with a bottle of wine for our anniversary. The location was perfect, with easy access to the harbor, restaurants, shopping, and attractions like the Aquarium and the lighthouse. The lobby offered plenty of open space to relax without feeling crowded.

Felt really welcomed, no complaints.
