My room was quiet and comfortable. The high ceilings made it feel spacious despite the smaller size. The staff at breakfast were friendly and helped everyone find a table during busy times. One night, I asked for ice, and while one staff member was very rude, the others had always been accommodating. The location made it easy for a couple from Italy to explore the city. I enjoyed my stay overall.

the location is just perfect, in the heart of florence near all the main sights. the breakfast buffet is really good with plenty of options, and the staff are super friendly, especially the guys serving coffee. my room was nice and clean with a lovely decor that makes you feel like ur in history. the lift is a plus since it saves ur legs from all the stairs. never seen such a beautiful view from a hotel balcony before!

The noise from the piazza is unbearable, especially with the outdoor dining din every night!!! The lack of complimentary tea/coffee and limited TV channels in the rooms is quite disappointing!!! Stained fixtures and maintenance issues need urgent attention!!!

Staying with 20 family members was amazing! The breakfast buffet had a fantastic spread, and Carlo was always welcoming, ensuring we started our days off right. The hotel’s location made exploring Florence easy, especially seeing the breathtaking sights without much hassle.

In my wife’s opinion, more kid-friendly activities would be great.
