We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was very close to the airport and to everything without the noise. We were also impressed by how close it was to the trolley station. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We also loved the beautiful holiday decorations in the lobby.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The comfortable beds and early check-in were a bonus. The hotel provided free bikes, which I loved for exploring the area. The staff were accommodating and quickly moved us to a room with hot water. Despite being on a busy street, there was no noise disturbance. The location was convenient to restaurants and public transportation.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to many great restaurants and activities. However, the reality inside is disappointing. There were no bicycles available despite being advertised, and the noise from outside was unbearable. The amenities were lacking, the bathroom was small, and the service was mediocre at best. The only redeeming factor was the quality of the shampoo and mouthwash.

The additional fees were exorbitant, including a heritage fee added for the building's historical status.
