I appreciated the big kitchen and living room area. It was very quiet, ideal for restful nights. the room needed better cleaning; dirty furniture and leftover laundry raised concerns. Breakfast options were limited, and the parking fee felt unnecessary. Staff could be more attentive, especially regarding information.

I left some kitchen utensils in the dishwasher by mistake, thinking they'd be safe. When I returned, no one would help me find them. After a couple of visits, I realized they were just lost for good—such a frustrating experience!

Beds were uncomfortable, and the cleaning schedule was odd. Fun games room for kids, and the location is excellent.

Would have extended the stay

Had a very roomy two-bedroom suite with a kitchen and fridge. The bathroom was private, plus there were safety deposit boxes and tea/coffee makers. The pool and hot tub were nice, and the fitness center was a bonus. Staff were super helpful, and breakfast included tasty waffles.

Let's start with the positives first. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which was a huge plus after a long day of exploring. The location was also great, making it easy to get around without having to drive far. there were quite a few downsides to the room. The smell when we first entered was quite off-putting, but luckily some Lysol helped mask it. The sofa bed in the room had some stains on the mattress, which was pretty gross. And to add to that, there were no sheets, blankets, or even a pillow for the sofa bed - definitely not ideal for a good night's sleep. On top of that, there were unexpected fees like a $150 deposit and a $15 parking fee for just one night. The bedding was also very thin, so we had to request extra bedding to stay warm during the night. it was a bit of a disappointing experience, especially considering the unexpected costs and lack of amenities in the room. While there were some positives, the negatives outweighed them for me. Hope this helps give you an idea of what to expect at the Sonesta! .

Perfectly situated near Disney and great local dining spots

During my stay, I loved how easy it was to walk to a ton of restaurants, shops, and a supermarket, plus the Disney parks were only about 10 minutes away by car, which made my weekend strolls super convenient and enjoyable; I appreciated the outdoor area with BBQ grills and seating, as well as the decent pool area for relaxing after a day out, but the breakfast options could definitely use more variety.
