Perfectly situated near dining and dazzling cultural landmarks

I loved how easily I could stroll to Piedmont Park, just over half a kilometer away, and the vibrant ambiance of nearby restaurants like Chick-fil-A and STK Atlanta, which were all just a short walk from my suite; the 1 BR Suite was spacious and cozy, providing me a lovely space to unwind after exploring the area. However, I encountered a few issues like a sliding bathroom door that didn't offer much privacy, but that didn't overshadow the fantastic experience of being so close to amazing attractions like the High Museum of Art and the Woodruff Arts Center, each within less than a 10-minute walk.

Location is perfect, tons of stuff in walking distance like restaurants and a cool food court. The room had great amenities—nice air conditioning, comfy beds, and a flat-screen TV. Loved the lobby jazz night! Fast elevators and awesome staff made it even better. The fitness center and spa were nice touches too.

I was really frustrated with the service here. My room had a connecting door, and the noise from next door was unbearable. Plus, I asked multiple times for clean towels, but they never came.

The hotel has a stunning view that took my breath away. The breakfast buffet is a steal if you book it upfront. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful.

One elevator was out, causing some waiting.

The heating in the room was effective, but the air conditioning seemed a bit temperamental, taking a while to cool the room down. I appreciated having tea and coffee facilities in the room, perfect for a morning pick-me-up before heading out to explore. The sitting area was cozy, although I wish there was a terrace or garden furniture to enjoy the nice weather outside. The bathtub was a nice touch for a relaxing soak after a long day of sightseeing, and the free toiletries provided were of good quality. I did notice that the am/fm alarm clock in the room was not functioning properly, which made it a bit challenging to wake up on time. The curtains in the room were thick and did a great job of keeping the light out for a good night's sleep. Room service was prompt and the housekeeping staff kept the room tidy during my stay. I did have an issue with the dry cleaning service, as they misplaced one of my items and took a while to locate it. For those driving, the paid valet parking was convenient but a bit pricey. It would have been nice to have more affordable options for parking.

A beautiful partial view of Piedmont Park from the top floor, but the first room reeked of smoke. The staff quickly rectified that. Service in the bar was efficient but expensive. A mini-fridge kept drinks cool, but room service was disappointing. An industrial air purifier in our initial room gave a hint of neglect. Facilities are stylish but could use some maintenance. Location is excellent for dining and exploring. A mixed bag, with some shining moments and areas needing attention. Would consider returning.

My friends and I had a blast exploring the World of Coca, Cola and partying all night at the city's happening nightlife quarter. After an intense workout at the fitness center, we indulged in the New Southern fare at TRACE before catching a show at the fabulous Fox Theatre.

One thing that would make the stay even better for young party, goers like us would be more late, night food options available within the hotel premises for those post, party munchies.
