I had an incredible stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. The check-in process with Alyssa was seamless, and she even followed up with me to ensure everything was perfect. I was pleasantly surprised when my son received a special treat in our room, thanks to Travis's attention to detail. Keaton went above and beyond, providing great advice for newlyweds and delicious in-room dining recommendations. The huevos rancheros for breakfast were absolutely delightful. I also loved the hotel's location in a beautiful neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle but still within easy walking distance to all the tourist sites.

Great location, excellent facilities, and a pleasant stay overall. We stayed at the Ritz-Carlton and were impressed by the stunning lobby, beautiful bar area, and top-notch restaurant. The rooms were immaculately decorated with comfortable beds and luxurious amenities. Despite a few minor drawbacks in terms of room size and the need for a refresh, our stay was enjoyable. We especially appreciated the helpful and attentive Club Lounge staff. I would recommend this hotel for its prime location and quality experience.

We recently stayed at a stunning hotel location near a bustling Chinatown area. The common area was beautifully designed and boasted plenty of seating. The restaurant had tasty options and amazing wait staff. The room had intricate interior design and the bathroom was spotless. The service was top-notch and our breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. We also enjoyed the amenities like the bar and the gym.

The location was not as close to the financial district as we would have liked.

Received complimentary drinks and snacks upon arrival which was a nice touch. Convenient location with lots of attractions and shops nearby. Enjoyed the hotel's fitness center which was well-equipped and clean.

The room was quite small and had a strange layout. The bathroom was also small and lacked counter space.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend and we were impressed with the luxurious amenities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially with their extensive knowledge about the city. We enjoyed the exclusive bar and lounge area, which served tasty cocktails. The room advantages were impressive, such as the spacious layout and comfortable bedding. The location advantages were also notable, as we could easily walk to nearby attractions.

The only minor issue we had was with the sauna, which was not working properly during our stay. This was disappointing as we were looking forward to relaxing in the spa and wellness centre. However, the service was still great and the staff offered alternative wellness options. we had a memorable stay at this hotel and we would highly recommend it to others.
