The location of the hotel was excellent, situated in a key area within walking distance to popular attractions. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to satisfy our needs. The room itself was nice, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay.

There were a couple of negative aspects to our experience. We also found a cleaning rag in between our bed sheets one night, which was quite off-putting.

Recently stayed at The Ritz and it exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, with easy access to Union Square and the Financial District. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The rooms were excellent and the on-site dining options were wonderful. The lobby and lounge provided a great place to relax and enjoy a cocktail. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in the city.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. The check-in process with Alyssa was seamless, and she even followed up with me to ensure everything was perfect. I was pleasantly surprised when my son received a special treat in our room, thanks to Travis's attention to detail. Keaton went above and beyond, providing great advice for newlyweds and delicious in-room dining recommendations. The huevos rancheros for breakfast were absolutely delightful. I also loved the hotel's location in a beautiful neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle but still within easy walking distance to all the tourist sites.
