As longer term business travellers, we loved the convenient location, easy underground parking, and friendly, knowledgeable staff. The hotel offered a great overview of the city and river from our room, and the decor and cleanliness were impressive. We also appreciated the restaurant, Kil@wat, with its delicious food and decent service. Being connected to the Pabst Theater was a bonus, especially in cold weather.

The hotel had a beautifully designed and decorated interior with a fun artsy theme. the staff were professional, fun, and very accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our anniversary special, with personalized notes and surprises. the breakfast server was knowledgeable and helpful, and we enjoyed the free concert across the street at the Peck Pavilion.

We were pleasantly surprised when the front desk staff checked us in early and upgraded us to a more spacious room. The unique artwork throughout the hotel added a special touch to our stay. The location was perfect for exploring and getting around the city easily. I recommend this hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. First, the location is perfect for exploring the nearby Mexican airport and modern art museum. The rooms were incredibly cozy, with a Murphy bed and even a tile shower with stunning art. I appreciated that basic amenities were provided, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I also loved the bar, which was a great spot for a quick shower before heading out on the town. Plus, the prices were very reasonable, making this hotel an excellent value for money. I also recommend checking out some of the events and activities downtown, which provided great entertainment in areas that felt off the beaten path.

Nestled in the hub of breweries and wineries, our hotel offers an ideal location for beer enthusiasts and wine connoisseurs. The hotel is also right in the heart of the theater district and within walking distance to the Bradley center for an enjoyable evening of games or concerts. The hotel's rooms are remarkable and boast old-school records and art everywhere, along with comfortable beds with a variety of power outlets for the tech-savvy. The restaurant on the second floor offers an excellent breakfast. The lounge and the lobby bar are areas of great entertainment and conversation, while the WiFi and the wireless charging stations are outstanding.

One of the negative aspects of the hotel could be the old decor that needs a fresh update.

The room itself was incredibly plush, with comfortable beds, fluffy pillows, a record player, and even a robe and slippers. It was hard to leave the room because it was so inviting. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy walking distance to breweries and other attractions in this great city.
