This place suits me perfectly with amenities like a fitness centre, bar/lounge area, 24-hour reception, and luggage storage. I still remember how the staff helped me with my room problem at night. They are always friendly, making my stay enjoyable. Don’t forget to try the rooftop pool! I can’t wait to come back for Christmas.

Came in for an early Christmas trip, and I tell ya what, the folks here made it feel just like home. Johnny from the lounge sent me a sweet card when he found out I was celebratin’. The breakfast was world-class, with so much good food I didn’t know where to start. All in all, a downright lovely stay!

Blimey, stayed in a room with a proper jaw-droppin' view of Victoria Harbour! Service was top-notch, but the front desk could use a bit o' polish. Breakfast was a feast – everything you want and more! Would definitely go back, mate!

For the best coffee, head to H Zentre nearby. it's much better than the hotel’s coffee options. Don't miss the rooftop pool for a fantastic view.

Stunning harbor views, and the location is perfect for shopping and exploring nearby attractions. Seriously, they had more toiletries than my own bathroom! The comfy room was just what I needed after a day out.

I must say, the table lamps gave a shocking experience – literally! Not sure who designed the electrifying ambiance, but I definitely prefer my lighting less electrifying!

The location is unbeatable, right next to shops and transport. The harbor view from my room was breathtaking, and I loved the cozy, clean setup. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome.

Plus, an overpriced breakfast buffet with no basic options is a real miss!!! Some room lighting controls are frustratingly clunky!!!

The room I stayed in was comfortable. The location was spot on for easy ferry access. I especially liked the little executive lounge with its solid service. Oh, and the glass wall in my room allowed me to watch the TV while relaxing in bed during my downtime.

During my stay this year, I was thrilled with the stunning views of Victoria Harbour from the executive lounge, and the hotel's prime location made hopping to nearby highlights like the Hong Kong Space Museum and Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade super easy on foot. such a fantastic home base for a weekend city stroll! the staff were warm and welcoming, ready to help with local tips, and although the lighting in the room could have been better, it didn’t take away from the overall enjoyable experience.

Location was fabulous right by shopping and dining. My room was spacious with a breathtaking harbor view. The shower was amazing, and there were handy USB ports for my gadgets!

But really, who designed that cramped vanity area? It felt like a game of Tetris trying to fit my toiletries there!

the views from the higher floors are just stunning, especially over victoria harbor. we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, they had a great mix of local food that was yum. the staff were super friendly, they def went out of their way to help us. the location is on point, super close to everything. overall, it felt really luxurious for our stay.

the room was kinda outdated and needed some renos, and the wifi in the room was a rip-off at $115 a day.
