I recently stayed at Sheraton in Hong Kong for a business trip. The location was perfect, with stunning views of Victoria Harbour and a short walk to the metro and Ferry Pier. The staff were extremely helpful and my room was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

I chose this hotel mainly for its location and it turned out to be perfect. The hotel is situated right in the heart of the shopping district, with plenty of restaurants nearby. It's also within walking distance of the harbor, a mall, and a museum. The room I stayed in was large and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. The view of the harbor from the 17th floor was absolutely spectacular. The shower was excellent and there was even a full-size bathtub. My favorite part was the buffet breakfast which offered a great selection of international dishes. I also enjoyed sipping cocktails in the lounge on the 17th floor, while admiring the breathtaking night views of the harbor. The hotel also had USB ports, although I had to bring my own electrical adaptors.

I recently stayed at Sheraton in Tsim Sha Tsui for a shopping trip. The location was perfect, right next to the famous shopping areas and the morning stroll along Stars Avenue was delightful. The room and bed size were impressive, and we opted for a corner suite on the 16th floor with a breathtaking harbour view.

I got great value for my money at the Sheraton! The room had an amazing view of the harbour and the laser show, and the staff treated me politely and were very helpful. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city.

Outstanding service at buffet breakfast

Great assistance from the staff in arranging a surprise proposal. The concierge and Karrie Lee from the Sky Lounge went above and beyond to make it a special moment. The room had a nice harbor view and was comfortable.

The breakfast selection was fantastic, offering a wide variety of choices. The location was great, with easy access to restaurants and shopping. Additionally, the staff were attentive and provided helpful advice on local attractions.

The rooms were on the smaller side, and the pool area felt a bit cramped considering the number of guests.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right across the road from the peninsula where you can enjoy stunning views of the harbor. The Oyster & Wine Bar on top of the Airport Express is a great spot for a nightcap. Additionally, there is a post office with a 24 hour stamp machine right across the street, making it convenient to send postcards. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options to start your day.

Some aspects of the hotel could use improvement.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. I was impressed by the Spa & wellness center, where I indulged in a relaxing sauna and Jacuzzi session. The rooftop pool was a highlight, with stunning city views and comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas. The room advantages were exclusive and comfortable, with in-room breakfast and a private bar/lounge area. The location advantages were unbeatable, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the special diet menus, which could have offered more options. this hotel provided an unforgettable and indulgent experience that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a luxurious stay.
