I had a fantastic stay at this resort. The room was spacious enough for 4 people and had a ground floor patio with stunning views of the mountains and valleys. The pool areas were immaculate and there were always clean towels available. The comfortable patio with fire pits was perfect for relaxing at night. The location was great, with nearby shops within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant service was wonderful. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

The rooms were bright, clean, and recently remodeled. the Atrium ballroom had stunning views of the ocean. the staff, particularly Robert Fry, Carrie Leishman, and Debra Ayala, provided exceptional service during a wedding event.

There were false charges for parking and other items after checking out, and no printed receipt provided. the front desk staff was unfriendly and unhelpful when it came to room upgrades.

Stunning property. Lovely rooms, friendly staff, great amenities. Poor A/C in rooms, but they graciously switched me twice. Room service not available, but plenty of restaurants nearby. Excited to return!

I recently stayed at the Westin and had a wonderful experience. The location was fantastic, with beautiful vistas all around. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The room I stayed in was comfortable and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the unexpectedly good bourbon selection at the bar, even though it was a bit pricey. I had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Everything is what i need and want.

The rooms at this resort were large and clean, with huge comfortable beds and a lovely balcony. the property was also conveniently located close to the beach. the rooms and location were two key aspects that I really enjoyed during my stay.

There were some negative aspects that affected my experience at this hotel. the check-in process was quite chaotic and there was a long wait, which made the lobby very loud and crowded.

We loved staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, nestled down the hill and away from any nearby shops within walking distance. The room was spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning and a turndown service in the evening. We also enjoyed the beautiful terrace and garden furniture, perfect for relaxing and taking in the stunning views. The dining options were fantastic, with a restaurant, bar/lounge area, and snack bar all onsite. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly enjoyable.

In terms of cons, the only issue we had was with the air conditioning in our room, but the staff graciously switched us to another room. We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends and can't wait to return ourselves.

Our city break was amazing! We received two complementary amenities that really made our stay special. the hotel's location was perfect as all the must-visit places were just a few minutes away. We were also able to enjoy one more advantage – their spa services were top-notch!
