The hand-painted Austrian furnishings in every room were a delightful touch, making me feel like I had stepped into a fairytale. Every morning, I was entertained by an alphorn performance at breakfast, which added a charming and unique aspect to my stay. The staff's warm hospitality and personalized service made me feel like I was being welcomed home by old friends.

Lovely hotel and well located at the fringe of the Main Town Center. Friendly staff and GREAT breakfast with Alpine Horn Music. Charming Bavarian feel with Christmas Lights at night. Largest Nutcracker Collection in the world - the Museum is a MUST! Also visited the Reindeer Farm - fun for all. Incredible king bed, amazing facilities, and a huge indoor pool. Fantastic for couples and families. Clean bathrooms, inviting atmosphere, and comfortable beds. The pools and hot tubs were a real treat. Loved the alphorn concert during breakfast. Can't wait to come back!

My favorite moment was lounging by the pool with a cocktail, enjoying the picturesque landscape. The staff's thoughtfulness was evident in their attention to detail, providing complimentary toiletries that truly made me feel at home.

One minor downside was an unexpected late-night visit from the front desk regarding a non-existent issue with our room's fan, leaving my friend feeling uneasy.

The free use of the cross-country ski equipment and passes for the Enzian Falls Championship Putting Course added immense value to our stay, and the expert staff made our outdoor adventures unforgettable.

The amenities provided were great, especially the indoor pool. The room was cozy and the balcony had a beautiful view. Unfortunately, the bedding wasn't hypoallergenic, but the staff kindly changed it for us. Overall I'd recommend staying here.
