The outdoor pool was a highlight, perfect for unwinding after a busy day.

Housekeeping was inconsistent. we had to ask for essentials multiple times because our room was overlooked.

Great location with convenience nearby.

Our experience was quite disappointing. The first room we checked into had a strong cigarette smell, forcing us to switch rooms. In the next room, kids were screaming and slamming doors in the hallway, making it hard for us to enjoy our stay. Plus, the walls are incredibly thin. we could hear everything happening next door. Lastly, the gym equipment was mostly broken, and the overall cleanliness was lacking.

The outdated furniture was an eyesore!!! The coffee maker was broken and misleading information about breakfast inclusion was frustrating!!! Thin walls made it difficult to ignore noise from neighbors and erratic housekeeping hours left us startled!!! You might want to look into these issues!!!

the marriott in garden grove was an absolute disaster. the outdated furniture was a total eyesore, and both phones only worked on speaker—how charming! to top it off, I expected at least a welcome gift or an upgrade after all the chaos with those pool parties. I just couldn’t leave a good review after that.

Location, entertainment, maintenance

I enjoyed my stay, especially the Starbucks cafe in the lobby. One night, I faced an issue with the internet connection that stopped working on my phone. I tried to reach the front desk, but it was late. Despite this, I appreciated how spacious my suite was, providing me a comfortable space to relax after long hours exploring. The convenience of having a large work desk helped since I needed to catch up on emails between outings.

This place had a few things goin’ for it like that Starbucks in the lobby and a clean room waitin’ for us. The folks were nice too, especially Carlos at the front desk. Just wish they had free breakfast, and the trash cans could’ve been emptied daily. Oh, and jeez, that hallway smell was something else!

Great luggage storage and friendly staff at reception, but confusing billing process.

This was an excellent fit for a walk in the evening in Garden Grove with a good price-quality ratio. The staff were super friendly, and I especially appreciated how the Bellman found us a cooler for our wine. Check out the nearby shuttle service. it makes getting around super easy!

The large and spacious suite comfortably accommodated four adults without feeling cramped, which was a huge plus. The Starbucks in the lobby was a convenient spot for a morning pick-me-up, and the friendly staff made the stay enjoyable, aside from a minor issue with the manager. However, the walls were a bit thin, making it challenging to enjoy peace at times, and the fitness center had some broken equipment that could use attention.

I had a lovely time at this hotel, especially enjoying the refreshing jacuzzi and the beautiful outdoor swimming pool. The amenities are perfect for unwinding after a long day, though I did wish the microwave in the ice room was a bit easier to find. If you're planning to stay, definitely check out the nearby shuttle service—it makes getting around super easy! 😊

Loved the inviting atmosphere, immaculate rooms, and the awesome pool and hot tub. Had a great time overall, especially with Sasan at breakfast keeping things fun.

Large adjoining rooms , well taken care of by housekeeping. The breakfast buffet had made to order omelets and plenty of choices. Excellent location near Disneyland , yet far enough from the crowds. Staff were exceptionally friendly.

The lighting over the vanity could be brighter. Also, the Starbucks in the lobby was not operational during my stay, which was a bit disappointing.
