The location was fantastic. The resort was clean and brimming with activities for kids. The Fall decor was impressive, creating a festive atmosphere. My son enjoyed the water park and the free onsite activities. the experience was marred by inconsistent staff support. Reception seemed indifferent when we raised concerns, such as the fridge issue and the loud reconstruction noise that disrupted our stay. There were unexpected charges, and the promised amenities—like a properly functioning coffee maker—were absent. While the fun options were plentiful, the lack of a comfortable adult space in the lobby and the outdated room conditions detracted from the experience. For the price, improvements are necessary.

The arcade and duck pin bowling keep the kids entertained for hours. The staff is mostly friendly and helpful, really making you feel welcome.

Just be ready for a noisy lobby.

Let's get into it. The heating and air conditioning in the room were a bit of a letdown. The AC worked well initially but then got stuffy, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. On the other hand, the heating was inconveniently placed on the floor instead of mounted on the wall, which was a bit strange. One thing that bothered me was the uncomfortable beds. The mattresses looked worn out and in need of replacement, which affected my sleep quality. the lack of a microwave in the room was a downside. Having to walk down the hall every time to heat something was quite inconvenient, especially during a five-day stay. the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impressive. I also appreciated the variety of activities available for both kids and adults. The location was convenient, with easy access to shops and attractions nearby. a major issue was the checkout process. The confusion and delay in handling the room allocation and the $400 deposit charge without proper communication left a sour taste. the pending holding fee for potential damages was unexpected and not disclosed beforehand. In terms of facilities, it would have been great to have a gym or a bar for adults. The arcade was mentioned to be overpriced compared to nearby options. while there were some positives like the breakfast quality and the customer service, the issues with room amenities, uncomfortable beds, and unexpected charges need attention for a more satisfying stay.

Our check-in at 4 PM felt rushed since the waterslides closed at 6 PM. We didn't get enough time to enjoy them, and when we asked for help, the staff didn’t seem to care. Such a letdown!

The indoor and outdoor pools were a total blast! I loved the awesome water slides and the relaxing sun terrace. The customer service was top-notch, making our stay even better!

The location was perfect for exploring Pigeon Forge. Kids loved the water park, but the beds were uncomfortable and made sleeping difficult.

Perfectly situated for exploring all the fun in town

The hotel is in a quiet area just off the main strip and is within walking distance to popular attractions like the Jurassic Jungle Boat Ride and The Island, making it so easy to enjoy your time exploring the shops and restaurants nearby, with a great breakfast spread and friendly staff to enhance your stay, but I noticed that some areas of the hotel could use a bit of updating.

The room felt smaller than depicted online. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, making it hard to get rest. Despite that, the bathroom was impressively clean, stocked with quality toiletries like real shampoo and conditioner. The fridge struggled to stay sealed properly. Temperature control was adequate, but the lobby’s overpowering chlorine scent was a downside. Curtains offered limited light blockage, which led to being blinded by the morning sun. One-ply toilet paper was a disappointment. the experience in the room left much to desire.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. Although there were a few minor issues like construction and inconsistent labeling of hygiene products, overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The water park is a fun highlight, and the staff, especially the attentive lifeguards, create a safe and enjoyable environment for families. Clean bathrooms and quality toiletries add to a pleasant stay.

Loved the waterpark - it was a hit with the kids and staying open late was a bonus. The staff were top-notch and really made the stay enjoyable, plus the bunk beds in the room were a nice touch. Only bummer was having to get new bracelets each time we hit the pool, check-in time was late and check-out was way too early, felt like we only stayed for a day. Overall, a fun and festive experience! 🎄
