We found the room to be very clean and adequate in size. Breakfast was excellent. Great location, easy to find, not on the main drag so noise was minimal. Very pleased with the cleanliness of the bathroom and shower. The location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet. Breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The Fall and Halloween decor created a festive atmosphere, with many onsite activities for kids boosting family bonding. The outdoor pool areas with water slides were a hit for my son, helping us relax and enjoy quality time together. Nearby landmarks include Main Event Theater, Pigeon Forge Gem Mine, and Rockin' Raceway Arcade, offering additional family-friendly entertainment options.

This hotel is nestled back off the parkway in a quiet setting yet close to everything. The rooms are updated and clean, with comfortable beds and a spacious balcony. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities provided are great. The location is perfect, right in the center of town and just off the main Parkway. It's a great value for money, with affordable prices and options for breakfast that are included.

We had an amazing time at Country Cascades! Our family visited the Smokies for the summer and this hotel was perfect for both kids and adults. The 2 outdoor pools open until 11 pm, 1 indoor pool open until 12 am, and big slides kept everyone entertained. The free buffet breakfast, snack bar by the pool, and fire pits with s’mores kits made our stay even better. The friendly staff and their watermelon treat in the hot weather were the icing on the cake. We'll definitely be back!
