I always pick this spot for my stays. Staff found my lost wallet on my first visit. This place has all I need with Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, outdoor pool, and more. Coming back for Christmas! .

Towneplace Suites is conveniently located just off Beltway 8, making it easy to get around. the check-in and check-out processes were seamless. the room was spotless, with all appliances and amenities in excellent condition. the bed and pillows provided a comfortable night's sleep. the breakfast, although average, had delicious coffee and a fun waffle maker.

No bathtub in rooms. Showtime disappeared randomly during the stay.

Staff at Towneplace Suites was exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and made our check-in/out smooth. the room cleanliness was superb with well-maintained amenities. Comfortable bed and pillows for a good night's sleep. Convenient location just off Beltway 8. Breakfast coffee was hot and tasty. the waffle maker was a nice touch.

Our room had a leak issue, with pooling water on the kitchen floor, causing a damp smell. the explanation from the front desk about the wet floor being due to a neighboring WiFi room was unsatisfactory.

The hotel room had everything I needed during my business trip. the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. the location was very convenient, as it was close to several restaurants and shops. the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast, which was a great start to my day.

The Wi-Fi was very slow and kept disconnecting, which made it difficult to get work done. the noise level was higher than I would have liked, as I could hear guests in the hallways and neighboring rooms.
