I recently stayed at the Crown Plaza in Albany for a quick weekend getaway. The room was comfortable and conveniently located near various restaurants and the city center. I was impressed with the ample safe parking and excellent security access to the hotel. Despite there being four weddings taking place on the night of our stay, the room was surprisingly quiet. The lady at reception was incredibly organized, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. Additionally, the bed and room were clean and inviting, even after arriving at 3 am due to a flight delay. The clerk was friendly and accommodating. The restaurant had a great atmosphere and the dinner and drinks were excellent. The breakfast, served by our server Deena, was fantastic and the perfect way to start our day. the Crowne Plaza provided a pleasant and enjoyable stay, with thoughtful details and extras that made it more than just a place to sleep. Our room was perfect, with a comfortable king bed and it was spotlessly clean. The location near the airport was also a big plus.

This hotel needs a renovation. the furniture, carpets, and wallpapers are old and dated.
