I couldn't believe how long it took to check in—over two hours! They only had a couple of staff on, and the elevators were out of service. It was such a frustrating start to our vacation, we ended up leaving early.

Ideal spot near iconic attractions and great dining options!

With just a short stroll, I reached fantastic landmarks like Treasure Island, just about a 5-minute walk away, and other popular attractions like The LINQ Promenade and the breathtaking Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Garden, both within easy walking distance. After long days of exploring, the comfort of my spacious room with great amenities was just what I needed, and I really enjoyed the friendly service from the staff. It’s also awesome that there are numerous dining options right nearby, like Señor Frog's and Phil's Italian Steak House – perfect for a late-night bite! But the pool being closed was a bummer since I was ready to take a dip after my adventures.

During my visit to Treasure Island, the staff truly stood out. The gentleman at check-in was incredibly helpful and accommodating, turning a stressful situation into a pleasant experience. the pool area was a highlight, offering a serene environment and attentive service that made relaxation easy.

Parking is free. That’s an immediate win. Location? Prime. Easy access to the Strip and highways. My room? Top floor, spacious, quiet—ideal for resting after long days. The pool was great, too. there were issues. Inadequate towel supply, lack of proper communication from staff, and cleanliness concerns upon check-in detracted from my experience. The service at the coffee shop missed the mark; breakfast elsewhere is advisable. I encountered aggressive valet staff, creating an unnecessary tension. The potential is clear, but management needs to address service and maintenance gaps. With improvements, this could be a solid choice, but caution is warranted. Enhancing staff training would go a long way.

One of the highlights was the convenient location right in the center of the strip. We could easily walk to major hotels like Wynn and Caesars, making it a great base for exploring Las Vegas. The casino had a good variety of options, and the restaurants in the hotel were impressive. there were some drawbacks. When we turned on the heater in our room, it filled with smoke, and surprisingly, no fire alarm went off. It took a frustrating 40 minutes for an electrician to arrive and address the issue during our wedding weekend. My husband had to go downstairs to request a new room due to the smoke. the rooms were smaller than expected for a hotel of this size, and there were some maintenance issues like a leak in the bathroom and a malfunctioning safe. The pool area was a bit disappointing too, being small and crowded with no complimentary amenities unless you paid for a cabana. Despite these downsides, the staff at the parking/luggage attendant desk were very helpful in resolving our initial problem efficiently, unlike the unhelpful concierge. And while the check-in process was rocky, the friendly staff and convenient CVS in the hotel made up for some of the initial challenges. In the end, if you're looking for a budget-friendly option with a great location on the strip and are willing to overlook some maintenance issues and smaller rooms, Treasure Island could be a suitable choice.

Amazing view of the strip from the 35th floor. Mid-night fireworks were incredible! Staff was super friendly and the rooms had plenty of amenities like air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Loved the fitness center and spa with hot tub and sauna. Quick shuttle to The Mirage was a plus. Shower head was kind of small though.

The food is top-notch with plenty of choices. The pool area is fantastic with lots of lifeguards watching over the kids.

The noise from other guests and corridor activity disrupted our peace, making it hard to relax at times. While the room was generally clean, the bathroom had a strange odor, and the windows could use a good cleaning. Staff were friendly and helpful, enhancing our experience despite a few minor inconveniences.
