Clean room, clean pool with a spacious double queen room that offered a lovely balcony and a refreshing lazy river that was a highlight for my family.

No drawbacks at all.

The location was excellent, with easy access to attractions. Cleanliness was a strong point. The spacious bathroom and comfortable beds added to the experience. Breakfast offered a decent selection, and both pools, including the lazy river, were enjoyable. check-in was chaotic due to miscommunication between properties—this needs addressing. Staff friendliness varied; some were helpful, others less so. While amenities are satisfactory, the decor feels dated and could use a refresh. Our room was smaller than expected, and noise from kids was disruptive. The hot tub was out of service, which was disappointing. With a solid foundation, attention to detail can elevate the experience significantly. Would consider returning for the right reasons.

I loved that we were just a short walk away from amazing attractions like the Hollywood Wax Museum and Rowdy Bear Ridge Adventure Park, plus there were plenty of tasty dining options like Cracker Barrel and Wood Grill Buffet just around the corner, making it super easy to enjoy everything Pigeon Forge has to offer; the hotel had nice features like a 24-hour indoor pool and a great breakfast, but some areas could use a little updating.

The price felt steep for the experience. Despite the hiccups, I appreciated the spacious room and hope they improve some of the details for next time.
