We had a enjoyable time during our romantic escape. The welcome we received was warm and inviting, which set the tone for our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, offering stunning views of the surroundings. Additionally, we loved the variety of amenities available, especially the Casabella and snorkeling activities. It made our stay even more memorable.

The food at the bar, breakfast buffet, and the restaurant near the bar fell short of our expectations. The menu choices were limited and the quality of the food was underwhelming.

As a budget traveler, I was impressed by the excellent service and helpful staff at the Grand Wailea. The grounds were beautiful and the hotel offered a variety of amenities.

I recently stayed at the Grand Wailea for a week-long vacation. The main pool was an absolute delight, with a swim-up bar, thrilling slides, and a relaxing lazy river. The beach access was superb, just a short walk away. The room was gorgeous, boasting stunning views and impeccable cleanliness. The hotel grounds were beautifully maintained, and the nearby town of Kihei offered a charming contrast. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and overall, it was an incredible experience!

The seating at the adult pool can be limited at times, and an infinite pool would be a great addition to the facilities.

The grounds were beautifully landscaped and smelled amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beach on resort was spacious and the breakfast included in our package was delicious.

Spent a beautiful Christmas at a resort in Wailea. The pools were fantastic, with fun slides for the kids. The location was ideal, with easy access to the beach and stunning ocean views. Another great aspect was the friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

There were some negatives to our experience. The resort charged exorbitant prices for everything, from dining to spa services.

This hotel is truly luxurious. I was amazed by the extensive range of exclusive amenities available at the venue. The service was exceptional, especially when it came to the Spa & wellness centre, where the Sauna, Jacuzzi, Spa lounge. The outdoor Swimming pool was stunning and the Beach access was easily accessible with complimentary Beach umbrellas and Sun loungers. The Restaurant had an impressive range of Special diet menus that were perfect for my dietary restrictions. The room advantages were outstanding, from the In-room breakfast to the beautiful Garden area view.

There was only one minor issue we experienced during our stay at this hotel. The Poolside snack bar and Bar/ Lounge area were overpriced and the Snack bar didn't serve a variety of options.

Excellent staff, beautiful grounds, great pools, good location, renovated rooms.
