The multiple upselling attempts and miscommunication regarding our cabana reservation overshadowed the beautiful surroundings. The staff lacked the attention to address our concerns, leaving a disappointing mark on our experience.

The room had a nice balcony with a stunning ocean view, and it felt super comfy thanks to amenities like the flat-screen TV, refrigerator, and tea/coffee maker. The spa is insane! You can get couples massages and enjoy the sauna and hot tub. Plus, those diverse pools with water slides are perfect for families!

The Grand Wailea Resort is beautiful, with a breathtaking open-air lobby that took my breath away upon arrival. I loved the spacious ocean-view room that had a large Lanai for lounging and enjoying the sunsets. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the option to grab food from the Kula cafe made it easy to dine leisurely by the beach. The pools, especially the water elevator, were incredible for both relaxation and fun, and I even spotted whales breaching from the beach!

families looking to keep everyone entertained. The luau was a standout experience with great food and lively entertainment. However, navigating the property wasn't always intuitive. clearer directions to key spots would be beneficial.

We absolutely loved staying at the Grand Wailea! The extensive pool complex and lazy river were perfect for our family, and it was so much fun trying all the water slides. The breathtaking views from our Queen Room with Two Queen Beds and Ocean View made every moment feel like a dream!

Incredible snorkeling experience with sea turtles right off the beach! On the downside, it was tough to find available pool chairs. Definitely get there early to secure a spot.

the pools and beach were gorgeous. staff were welcoming, especially the valet team. the restaurant options offered a range of delicious dishes, and the atmosphere was vibrant. the concierge service made planning activities a breeze.

Just a great fit for a weekend respite in Wailea with great value for money. I loved taking the free morning yoga class on the beach, it really kicked off my day nicely. Bring some groceries for your mini fridge to save on meal costs.
