I had a fantastic stay at the Downtown Marriott. The hotel was beautifully designed and the rooms were clean and comfortable. During my visit, I encountered a situation where the valet parking was full, but the staff quickly found a solution for me and ensured that my elderly mother, who uses a wheelchair, had easy access to the hotel. The employees were polite and went above and beyond to assist us. Despite the hotel being busy with multiple events, they managed to provide excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional accommodations and helpful staff.

We had a fantastic stay in the heart of the downtown area. The hotel's location was ideal, close to all the vibrant attractions, restaurants, and bars of the local Rock Market area. We enjoyed the easy access to all the downtown fun.

Some rooms had a stale cigarette smoke smell, but the staff quickly addressed the issue and moved us to a different room. There was a loud noise from the air cooling/heat system in some rooms, which was a bit disruptive.

The views of the many bridges in the area were absolutely stunning. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hotel offered a variety of amenities, including room service, dry cleaning, and even wedding services. I also appreciated the free airport shuttle, making my travel arrangements much easier. I highly recommend this venue for anyone visiting the downtown area.
