The facilities were top-notch, with excellent amenities, comfortable beds, and a beautiful color scheme throughout the building. The room had thoughtfully designed features, such as a next-level lighting system and automatic curtains. The mini-bar was well-stocked, and the bathroom had a great soaking tub and separate shower. The staff were helpful and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. The restaurant, Marcus, offered an amazing dining experience that I would highly recommend.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional, making us feel truly welcomed. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and they surprised us with a room upgrade and a delicious cake. the room itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, with all the necessary amenities. the location of the hotel was perfect, with the concierge providing us with great recommendations for dining and exploring the city.

The room service menu was quite limited, especially for vegetarians. It would have been nice to have more options to choose from.

I absolutely loved the in-room iPad system! Being able to chat with the staff, ask for anything I needed, and get instant responses was amazing. the staff was exceptionally friendly and made me feel right at home. Another great feature was the high-end finishes in the room, it really added to the luxury experience. And the location was perfect, conveniently close to downtown and all the attractions.

My recent stay at Marcus Hotel was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect, just around the corner from a bustling shopping and dining area. The room itself was luxurious yet cozy, and the floor I was on was incredibly quiet. The entire building had a delightful scent that added to the ambiance. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience special, especially for my son's 11th birthday. Akaash at the entrance and Vinish were exceptionally accommodating. The gym was also clean, spacious, and well-equipped.

There was only one girl working and she seemed overwhelmed. My husband had his ticket, but she couldn't find it, forcing him to retrieve it himself.

I recently stayed at the Four Seasons in downtown Montreal for a week. The location was great, with easy access to the city center. The high-end finishes in the room were exactly what I expected from a luxury hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the concierge who handled my special requests with ease. The design of the hotel was amazing, and the comfort of the room was delightful after a long day of exploring. The bed and linens were dreamy, and the scents in the hotel were heavenly. The complimentary treatment at the spa for tired legs and feet was truly rejuvenating. I can't wait to stay there again next year!
