The host was great at communicating with us, exceeding our expectations in terms of responsiveness and helpfulness. the location of the apartment was fantastic, with convenient access to the convention center, theme parks, and a variety of good restaurants.

We experienced some issues with the internet and TV, which were not working properly during our stay. Despite informing the host, we did not receive a response.

The location of the apartment was fantastic. It was close to all the major attractions and there were plenty of stores and places to eat within walking distance. The fact that it was near the Orange County Convention Center was a huge plus for us. We were able to walk there in just 35 minutes! Additionally, the apartment itself was spacious and well-constructed with vaulted ceilings, giving it a nice touch.

There were a few minor issues that could be improved upon. Firstly, the carpet had some stains, which was a bit disappointing.

During my Christmas stay at the Universal Studios Area Apartment, I was thrilled with the value for money that I received. The apartment was spacious, clean, and even better than what I saw on the website. The fact that it had two twin beds and two bathrooms made it perfect for me and my travel companions. the shared swimming pool on the property was a great place to relax, especially with the convenience of a cocktail bar right by the poolside.

One thing that I disliked about the Universal Studios Area Apartment was the inconsistent wifi connection. Although I didn't spend much time using it, it was frustrating when I needed to get online and it wasn't reliable.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the Universal Studios Area for a few days with my family. The apartment was clean and very spacious, with easy parking right in front of the building. We were impressed with the well-equipped kitchen and the great selection of restaurants nearby, especially at Pointe Plaza. The location was ideal for visiting all the parks, and there was even a pharmacy, supermarket, and gas station right next to the apartment complex. it was the perfect choice for our family trip.
