The service was exceptional, with staff members like Sean going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

There were some noises from the trash handling area that slightly disturbed our otherwise tranquil experience.

This hotel is fantastic! the location is unbeatable, right on the beach above the famous Turtle Club Restaurant. Secondly, the staff are friendly and the service is top-notch, they provide you with everything you need to move around the property or be on the beach. Lastly, the rooms with a view are amazing, you'll be blown away by the sights.

We had a good experience during our weekend stay in this beach resort. the staff was friendly and helpful. We particularly liked the complimentary beach towels and chairs that were easily accessible. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and plenty of nearby shops. We also appreciated the free continental breakfast in the morning.

Our room was quite old and outdated. the furniture was worn out and the room smelled musty.

We stayed at this charming condo across from the hotel during the Halloween Parade on Fifth Avenue. The relaxed atmosphere and excellent service made our stay memorable. Watching sunsets on the beach while dining was a treat. The clean and spacious condo, with coffee and pastries included, was a great choice. The beach was just a short walk away, with friendly staff. The view of the bay from the balcony was stunning, and the hot water and well-organized studio added to our comfort. The staff were all friendly and welcoming.

We had a fantastic time on our romantic getaway. the hotel's location was absolutely perfect, right on the beach with stunning views of the ocean. We loved being able to step out of our room and walk just a few steps to the beach and water. It was so convenient. the hotel also provided beach chairs and towels, which was a great added bonus. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our every need was taken care of.
