The staff were all super nice and totally helpful, had great chats with the maids in the hallways, and the front desk crew were awesome too. The room was fantastic, especially the bathroom and the stunning view of The Strip! The nightclub was a blast, and the location was prime for easy walking around. Loved all the cool features in the room, especially the iPad control ⭐. Only downside was the noise from the nearby club and the slow response to my lighting issue; otherwise, top-notch stay!

The exclusive performances made us feel truly up close and personal, adding a unique touch to our family experience. The T-Mobile arena also impressed with its lively sporting events, creating unforgettable moments for us all.

My wife says that more kid-friendly entertainment options would enhance the family experience.

Great Central Location with Excellent Views

The central location of the hotel on the Las Vegas Strip allowed us to easily access other hotels and casinos. the rooms provided amazing views of Las Vegas, and the bars, restaurants, and outdoor pool areas added to our overall satisfaction with the stay. However, improvements could be made in terms of service efficiency and room cleanliness.

The room I booked had a no show charge, and check-in was a disaster with system issues and unhelpful staff. The room was subpar with dirty corners and cheap amenities. Despite these setbacks, the restaurant was a standout. The bed was comfy, but the room lacked a view and had maintenance issues.

So, staying at the Aria Resort & Casino was quite the experience. First off, the bed was super comfy, which was a major plus after a long day of exploring the city. Oh, and they had this cool iPad in the room that controlled all the electronics, making it super convenient. Now, onto some areas that could use improvement. The service was a bit slow, especially during check-in. I had to wait in line for what felt like forever, not the best way to start a vacation. the power went out during my stay, and getting in touch with the front desk was a real hassle. It took forever to get a response, and by the time the power came back on, my work laptops had died. Not ideal at all. Another thing that bugged me was the cleanliness of the room. I found a bobby pin on the bathroom floor when I checked in, and the shower had some stuff on the floor that I had to clean up myself. It made me question how well the rooms were being cleaned in general. On the bright side, the location was spot on, and the restaurants at the resort were pretty good. But overall, I feel like the Aria could step up their game a bit in terms of service and room cleanliness. Would I stay here again? Probably not, given the issues I encountered during my stay.

Omg, the room size at this hotel was 😍! so much space, clean & comfy. But, the cigarette smell 🤢 was a downer. Staff smiley but not helpful with our issue. Overall, a mix of good & bad vibes.

Stayed in an unbelievable sky suite with BREATHTAKING VIEWS. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was so helpful and would definitely choose this place again. The rooms are even better in person than in photos! Can't wait to go back!

The room, from the entrance to the elevators and then to the suite, was very well appointed and clean. The dual vanities, soaker tub, robes, and slippers were a luxurious touch, elevating the stay. Having traveled extensively and stayed in various hotels, I found the attention to detail commendable.

Upon arrival, we were initially checked into a room that was already occupied. the room we were eventually given was not as pristine as expected, with issues such as stained bathroom glass doors, unclean mirrors, and flickering lights.

the aria was spotless and the perfect spot on the strip. the in-room tablet was super handy for controlling stuff. love the pool and spa vibes. and the staff was amazing! samantha from the spa was fantastic!
