For the price we paid, we definitely got our money's worth. The room was amazing - comfy bed and a luxurious bathroom with a separate shower. The location was perfect, and the staff treated us like royalty, especially our floor butler who even brought milk and cookies for our son. Plaza has won our hearts!

the location is unbeatable, overlooking Central Park. the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. I was lucky to get a free upgrade upon arrival and the room was spacious and luxurious. the bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was gorgeous, and the overall ambiance was pure luxury. I highly recommend experiencing the Palm Court for afternoon tea and the Champagne Bar in the lobby for a wonderful treat. This hotel is perfect for a special occasion.

Not obvious to find.

I recently stayed at Plaza for a special occasion and it was pure luxury. The location is superb, with Central Park and 5th Avenue just a short walk away. The staff were amazing, and the room was superb. The beautiful and elegant interior and exterior of the hotel, from the lobby to the guest room, were a highlight. The spacious and comfortable bathroom, with its marbled bathtub, was perfect. The Palm court for afternoon tea and the champagne bar in the lobby added to the wonderful ambiance. The Food Hall at B1 is also an ideal place to grab something light to eat before heading out for a day of exploring.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The room was amazing, with perfect room temperature and the best bed I ever slept in. The big spacious bathroom and luxurious bathtub were a highlight. I loved the sweet scent of Gardenia throughout the hotel. A favorite for solo travelers.

I stayed at The Plaza and it was AMAZING! Great value for the money and the room was clean and nice. The location was unbeatable, close to 5th Ave and Central Park. The staff was always friendly and responsive, they made my aunt's stay unforgettable.
