Perfect spot for beach fun and dining adventures!

This hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone who loves being close to the beach and great dining options, as it's just a few steps from public beach access and surrounded by numerous restaurants like Hooters and Captain Jack's Family Buffet, making it so easy to enjoy leisurely strolls for meals without needing to drive; the pools are also a wonderful feature for families looking to relax after days spent exploring Panama City Beach, but the hotel could improve on maintenance aspects.

The beachfront location is fantastic and the staff was very nice. The coffee pot in the room was way too small for our needs.

The renovated room on the top floor was a highlight, offering stunning beach views. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I appreciated the upgraded electric and USB outlets next to the bed—definitely a convenient touch. The room, however, did have sand on the floor upon arrival, which was a bit off-putting. Noise levels were reasonable, but the occasional sounds from nearby guests were noticeable. Temperature control was effective, keeping the room cool despite the heat outside. it was a comfortable stay with some minor areas for improvement.

The beachfront location was perfect for our family, allowing easy access to the beach and local favorites like Captain Jacks. The pool area was beautiful, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Movie night by the pool was a delightful touch!

Amazing beachfront views from every room! Loved chilling on the balcony after beach time. The pool area was gorgeous with waterfalls, hot tub, and a bar. Breakfast was included and super convenient. Easter events for kids were a hit! Free parking and restaurants within walking distance made it easy to relax.

Great location with stunning beach views from every room. Recently renovated top-floor room had comfortable beds and fantastic electrical upgrades. Nice touch with 24/7 beverages. Cleanliness was evident; maintenance was diligent. Staff, especially Arcelia at breakfast, was incredibly helpful. the property still feels like it's under renovation. Breakfast options were lacking, and noise from above was disruptive at night. Check-in was delayed, parking was a hassle, and the overpriced amenities didn’t quite match the experience. While there were some inconveniences, the view and comfort made it worthwhile. Improvements in the breakfast design and noise management could elevate this stay considerably.

The rooms were spacious with comfy beds for everyone! The kids enjoyed the pool and had a blast in the jacuzzi! !

I was really let down by the constant breakfast repetition. Every day was the same boring options, and when I finally asked for something different, the staff just shrugged. It felt like they didn't care about our experience at all.

I soaked up the sun on the beach, enjoyed free breakfast, and even rode a Banana Boat! A bar under a waterfall and a year-round pool – luxurious!

I loved making my bed, taking out trash, and calling for maintenance multiple times. Amazing service!

Direct beach access is a major plus, along with the well-kept grounds and fun pool area. The breakfast, however, is slipping; a lack of variety and options like fruit or bread would help. Service was generally good, but the laundry facilities were frustrating—one washer out of order and freezing temperatures made it a challenge. The noise from rowdy college crowds made sleep elusive, and the smoking by staff near rooms was bothersome, especially for those with allergies. The location is great for families, but improvements are needed for a better overall experience.
