i had a fantastic experience at Intercontinental! the lobby view was stunning, and the ambassador at check-in was incredibly nice. the room on the 43rd floor had a breathtaking view of the Hollywood sign. the bathroom was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the hotel smelled nice. the rooftop bar was a perfect spot to unwind with great drinks and music.

Staying here was a blast! the staff were super friendly and helpful. the room service was top-notch, and the views at night were stunning. I loved chilling at the bar after a day of exploring Downtown LA. Plus, it's convenient for shopping.

Just a couple of minor things that could be better. It would have been nice to have two sinks in the bathroom.

The property was stunning and Diego from the concierge was absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful. We were even able to check in early and have a later check out. Our room was spotless with breathtaking views. It was definitely worth the price.

The only drawbacks were some cleanliness issues and the confusing elevator system, but overall, it was a memorable stay.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location and the variety of amenities offered at this hotel. The king-size beds in the rooms were a perfect fit for us, and the staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary special with a complimentary cake and champagne. The buffet had a beautiful spread with amazing views, and the food options were excellent. The fruit bar was a unique experience, where we could request our favorite fruits and have them chopped right in front of us. The elevators, once we figured them out, were fast and futuristic, adding an exciting touch to our stay. And let's not forget the sushi place with its conveyor belt system, making it even more fun to enjoy the delicious food while admiring the incredible views.

The bathroom was large with a separate shower stall and deep bathtub. The staff was always friendly and prompt to assist with any questions or concerns. 10/10, will definitely stay here again!
