The property was stunning and Diego from the concierge was absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful. We were even able to check in early and have a later check out. Our room was spotless with breathtaking views. It was definitely worth the price.

The relaxation facilities like the sauna and swimming pool were perfect for unwinding, and iconic landmarks nearby such as OUE Skyspace LA and Walt Disney Concert Hall provided unique opportunities for family bonding. The only drawbacks were some cleanliness issues and the confusing elevator system, but overall, it was a memorable stay.

I keep returning for the thoughtful staff and seamless stays. On my first visit, they helped with currency tips. The hotel has everything I need, from Wi-Fi to a fitness center, and the outdoor pool is a favorite. Ready to come back for my next trip.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location and the variety of amenities offered at this hotel. The king-size beds in the rooms were a perfect fit for us, and the staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary special with a complimentary cake and champagne. The buffet had a beautiful spread with amazing views, and the food options were excellent. The fruit bar was a unique experience, where we could request our favorite fruits and have them chopped right in front of us. The elevators, once we figured them out, were fast and futuristic, adding an exciting touch to our stay. And let's not forget the sushi place with its conveyor belt system, making it even more fun to enjoy the delicious food while admiring the incredible views.

I stayed at Intercontinental Downtown for three nights during my vacation. The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown. The views from the lobby, ground floor, and my room were phenomenal, overlooking the Hollywood Hills. The room was spacious, clean, and had a chic atmosphere. The bathroom was large with a separate shower stall and deep bathtub. The staff was always friendly and prompt to assist with any questions or concerns. 10/10, will definitely stay here again!

Stunning Los Angeles views, fast elevators, and exceptional amenities. Pricey F&B. Minibar charges could be avoided with better setup. A small fridge would be nice. Staff is welcoming and the food is delicious. Rooftop club is cool. A few areas for improvement but a top L.A. choice.

The dining experience at Intercontinental downtown LA was like a flavor explosion, especially the peanut butter delights. The stunning views from the rooftop bar and the eclectic accommodations made me feel like a Hollywood star.
