Perfectly situated for exploring the best of New Orleans!

I loved how easy it was to stroll around the vibrant city, as everything is within walking distance, including the famous French Quarter just around 15 minutes away, and the unforgettable experience at Cafe Du Monde for beignets less than 2 km away, not to mention charming spots like the Ogden Museum of Southern Art and the National WWII Museum both nearby! The hotel also offers clean and modern rooms with a comfy bed and a delightful breakfast that got my mornings started right, but I did find the bathroom fan a bit noisy, which could be improved.

Super friendly staff. Early check-in was a bonus due to availability. Cleanliness was inconsistent; room had dust and old linens. Housekeeping not daily, likely a sustainability effort. Breakfast was simple yet filling, and helpful recommendations from staff made mornings easier. Location is unbeatable—walking distance to key attractions with transit right outside. plumbing and AC issues detracted from the experience, requiring room changes. Communication about card policies could be clearer; unexpected charges were frustrating. Spacious rooms with decent amenities, but the sofa bed needs replacement. A blend of superb service and structural shortcomings; improvement needed to match the excellent potential this place holds.
