Loved the modern ambiance and generous breakfast credit! The bar atmosphere was inviting, making evenings enjoyable.

Tiny room lacked storage. an inconsistent service experience left us feeling undervalued. No fresh towels until day three, surprising for this type of establishment.

My family had a great time enjoying the spacious rooms, especially the amazing walk-in showers. The location is fantastic, allowing us to explore nearby restaurants and attractions easily.

Unfortunately, we faced some hiccups at check-in and had to wait longer than expected for our rooms. We also noticed an unusual noise from the bar area, which made relaxing in the lobby a bit tricky.

i recently stayed at the w for a weekend, and it far exceeded my expectations. the staff were incredible, especially joe at the front desk who made check-in so smooth. the room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities i needed for a great stay.

The W Boston features a vibrant atmosphere and modern, spacious rooms, which are perfect for exploring downtown. However, there were significant noise issues from a nearby club and a hotel strike that disrupted our stay. While the staff attempted to assist, the service felt inconsistent, especially regarding room assignments and amenities like ice delivery.

Check if the espresso machine is operational before ordering breakfast, as I faced delays due to maintenance issues with it during my stay.

For over $500 a night, I really wanted better access to ice!!! I'd prefer an empty fridge instead of a mini bar. Room service hours need improvement!!!

It is a vibrant hotel with friendly staff who efficiently assist with requests and a lively lobby atmosphere, and delightful dining options available throughout the day!

The room design was impressive with excellent lighting, creating a modern vibe. Great service from staff, especially the friendly valet. The location was perfect for exploring nearby neighborhoods.

Could improve in providing better access to ice,. and an empty fridge would be more practical than a mini bar.

The room was huge, super clean, with the biggest flat screen TV I’ve ever seen. Location was amazing—just a short walk to the parks, the metro, and even the aquarium. Staff were incredibly friendly too!

Perfect location and cool vibe!

The location was super convenient for exploring downtown, and the bar downstairs was such a chill spot to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, really made us feel welcomed. The only bummer was the ice situation. charging for ice felt a bit off. Breakfast didn't include coffee, which felt odd given the prices.

The Wonderful King room was spacious and comfortable, but the mattress was just decent. The TV setup was pretty cool, and I loved having a clothes steamer in the room. The location was perfect for exploring. However, the noise from the hotel strike in the morning was definitely a big downside.

We enjoyed our stay with four babies, enjoying the fun vibe and modern style of the area. The location was perfect for exploring places like Fenway Park and the New England Aquarium. The staff was friendly, making our time feel comfortable overall.

My kids wished for more family-friendly amenities.
