Beautiful grounds, beautiful views with a peaceful atmosphere that allowed me to relax by the main lawn overlooking the pond while enjoying the lovely decorations.

Montauk Manor offers beautifully decorated rooms with breathtaking views, enhancing the overall experience. The location is excellent, close to the train station, and the staff is friendly. the lack of on-site dining options and some amenities can detract from the overall comfort if you’re unprepared.

The grounds were beautiful and well-kept. The room felt cramped and needed updating. Loved the easy access to tennis courts nearby.

The view from the room was stunning, and the property was beautifully maintained, making it a pleasure to stroll around. Staff members like Miguel Angel and Aneta were incredibly friendly and helpful. I loved relaxing by the pool and enjoyed meals at Hilltop, although the dining setup felt basic. A few quirks with housekeeping dampened things slightly, but the polite front desk staff quickly made up for it. A balcony with a bay view would have been a nice touch. This spot is perfect for those seeking a peaceful escape with great sunset views!

This place is super cozy and beautiful. The gardens and views are stunning. Our loft-style room had a kitchen, comfy bed, and was cleaned daily. They even have an outdoor pool that felt heated. Staff was really nice, accommodating our anniversary. Great location near the village with tennis courts and peaceful surroundings.

I loved every moment here! The room was spotless, and the views of nature were simply breathtaking. The staff went above and beyond, especially the shuttle driver who had the best local tips!

The place was a total letdown. Our suite smelled strongly of Duraflame logs, making it hard to breathe, and the staff clearly didn’t care.

The spacious rooms with a great view and the friendly staff made our weekend perfect! We were able to unwind by the outdoor pool and relax on the sun loungers. The only downside was the lumpy bed in our unit, which was not so comfy. Definitely recommend this place for a relaxing getaway 🌞 and lovely service, just maybe try to avoid room 143 for a good night's sleep!

The studio apartment featured two balconies—one with a table and chairs, the other with sun loungers, perfect for enjoying the bay view. the bed was a major letdown; it was uncomfortable and not suitable for restful sleep. While the decor was charming, the bleach smell lingered throughout. Temperature control was fine, but noise from the hallway was noticeable. The shower was problematic, draining slowly, though maintenance promptly addressed the sink issue. The ambiance of the dining area felt sterile, contrasting sharply with the otherwise lovely environment. Staff interactions varied, some being efficient while others were less welcoming.

I love having to struggle with a falling curtain rod and broken lamps in my room. Such a joy!

I loved how this place is just a short stroll away from beautiful attractions like Kirk Park Beach, which is less than a 10-minute walk, and Shadmoor State Park, right around 2 km away where I enjoyed some peaceful walks. Plus, the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and well-equipped, adding to my overall pleasant stay. However, it would be nice if there were some coffee options available for guests.

Reception staff is exceptionally accommodating. The room was small and a tad dated, yet perfectly functional. A highlight was the heated outdoor pool at 85 degrees. Tennis courts were busy, a good sign of activity. Shuttle drivers were a real bonus, providing valuable recommendations for local dining. The absence of a restaurant or bar is concerning; it's unclear when—if ever—they'll reopen. Housekeeping had a minor hiccup, but the front desk handled it gracefully, offering fresh towels. Grounds need tidying; dog and bird waste detracts from the overall ambiance. Prices for drinks were steep, but that’s manageable. Despite a few shortcomings, this place has its charms worth experiencing.
