This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a seasonal outdoor pool. The staff were incredibly helpful. they even assisted me with printing documents on my first stay. I highly recommend it! I'll definitely be back for another trip to the city.

I stayed here for a family trip and appreciated the proximity to local attractions, like the Louisiana Boardwalk, which is just a short drive away. The breakfast offered a nice variety, including scrambled eggs and waffles, which everyone enjoyed. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, making our stay pleasant overall. However, a couple of minor repairs are needed, like the curtains not closing completely.

The elevator was a nightmare. it not only made horrible banging noises but also got stuck multiple times, forcing us to use the stairs. Additionally, the room had problems like loose tiles in the bathroom and a disturbing tear in the drapes, which let in morning light when I just wanted to sleep.

Request extra towels directly from housekeeping to ensure timely delivery, as the front desk may not be prompt at handling towel requests.

I truly enjoyed my stay with easy walking access to the Louisiana Boardwalk, a fun area with shops and dining just a bit over 1.5 km away, and being close to Princess Park, which has lovely views and walking paths to unwind after a busy day exploring the city. the staff were friendly and ensured I felt welcome throughout my visit, making my experience enjoyable overall.

However, the place felt really dated, with some carpets and furniture looking dusty and worn. The elevator situation was sketchy, often sluggish and leaving a funky smell that hit harder than a blaster bolt. To make matters worse, the air conditioning struggled to keep up, and some lights in the room were flickering. I also found some common areas unclean, which certainly didn’t help the overall experience. That combined with the noise from the neighboring rooms turned dinner into a sleepless affair.

Overall, the experience was disappointing, particularly due to the hotel's disorganization and the absence of basic communication regarding issues that were out of their control.
