The hotel was filled with nice little touches that made my stay perfect! They had coffee, water, and cold drinks always available, which was a great convenience. the breakfast and complimentary wine hour were also a highlight. the staff, particularly the receptionist at the welcome desk, was incredibly helpful and friendly. I couldn't believe how much value I got for the price I paid.

The only drawback was that there was no assistance with carrying luggage up the front stairs. It would have been helpful to have someone available to help with that.

Loved this place! Must be the cutest in the city. Stayed in a charming king deluxe room on the top floor. Great wine and appetizers in the afternoon and a quality breakfast. Free 24-hour coffee, tea, hot chocolate, water, and soft drinks were a class act. Friendly staff always ready to make your stay more comfortable. Planning my third visit already.

Additionally, the complimentary wine and nibbles in the evening were a nice touch and a great way to meet other travelers.

One negative experience I had was when I accidentally checked out late and was locked out of my room. There was no one at the hotel to let me in, which was unfortunate.
