On our recent stay at Intercontinental, we were delighted by the hotel's prime location, which allowed us easy access to all the major attractions. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, providing us with a tranquil retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breakfast, which offered a variety of fresh and delicious options to start our day off right. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the lack of full bar service and no swimming pool, they did not detract from the overall exceptional experience. We would highly recommend Intercontinental for a memorable stay in London.

The hotel had a great location, with beautiful views of Green Park from our balcony. the bed was super comfortable, perfect for tall people like us. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The room could use a refresh as it felt a bit outdated, with old-style furniture and dark units. the bathroom also needed updating, particularly the shower with its shower curtain.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay with great complementary amenities, including a delicious breakfast and a cozy Thanksgiving dinner. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and popular attractions. the staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. the room was comfortable with a picturesque view of the park.

The pricing for the restaurant and minibar was quite steep, making it difficult to justify dining in-house. despite the comfortable room, the lack of soundproofing made it difficult to sleep through the night.

During our recent stay at the hotel, we had a fantastic experience at the Arches Bar. The service from the staff in the lobby area was excellent, and we were impressed by their attentiveness and friendliness. The bar itself had a great atmosphere, and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening there.

The young man on reception was extremely helpful. The room was nice and the bed very comfortable. The hotel is beautiful and the staff welcoming. The concierge was friendly and useful. Great location.

The Intercontinental London Park Lane offers a very nice location, excellent restaurants, and a vegan lunch menu. The staff is welcoming and professional, providing fast check-in and helpful assistance. The comfortable bed and quiet room make for a pleasant stay.

The highlight of our stay was the attention we received from Karem, the night manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The executive lounge family, especially Pauline, who took care of us in the Club Lounge on the 7th floor, made our trip truly special. We will definitely choose this hotel again when visiting this city.

The rooms are spacious and offer a comfortable bed and pillows, perfect for a relaxing stay.
