This hotel was recently remodeled and the rooms are modern and comfortable. I loved the king size bed and the availability of power plugs and USB ports. The breakfast included in the room rate was a great addition.

The room was comfortable and well set up, with everything I needed for my business trip. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to Fourth Street. the staff were professional and willing to assist with anything. the breakfast was fabulous, and the room service process was decent.

The parking was a little problematic, especially for larger vehicles like trucks. the noise levels in the hotel were quite high, with noise coming from neighboring rooms and the elevator.

The showerhead has amazing pressure and the beds are comfortable. The room also has a nice seating area, a huge TV, and motion lights under the bed. The staff promptly provided a roll away bed when we requested it for our granddaughter. the facilities and amenities are top-notch.

The shower in the room is unique and impressive. a great choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The staff, apart from those in the restaurant and bar, seemed a bit indifferent and not very helpful. There were a few minor issues, such as the absence of an ice bucket in the room and a small fridge, which also had a bug inside.
