Great view from the room and nice patio to enjoy it. the room was spacious with a comfortable bed and included a fold, out bed. the breakfast options were good and reasonably priced. the kitchen was well, stocked, allowing guests to save on restaurant expenses if desired. the location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to downtown and other parts of the island.

The roads into town were tricky and lacked sidewalks in some places, making it difficult to walk. Customer service was unresponsive, with no one answering phone calls or providing wake, up calls.

The staff, especially Jackie and Claudette, were extremely friendly and helpful. The location on a hill added to the enchanting and immaculate atmosphere. The pool staying open until midnight was a great bonus. The food and drinks at the restaurant were top-notch.
