The outdoor dining next to the river was a delight, providing a perfect ambiance for meals.

The service at the pool bar was inconsistent. a dedicated call option to the main restaurant could enhance convenience.

Unfortunately, the noise levels in our room were excessive. We could hear people talking in the adjacent rooms as well as cleaners knocking on doors at the early hours, which disrupted our sleep. To make matters worse, the bed was extremely firm, making it uncomfortable for us to get a good night's rest. While we loved the location and staff, the lack of peace and comfort in the room left us disappointed with our stay.

Howay, the location by the riverside was canny lush! I loved chilling at breakfast, watching boats float by. The staff, especially Aimee, were proper helpful. Only downside was the beds could've been comfier. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Had a fantastic time with friends! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Assembly Hall of Chaozhou and the Historic Museum. The breakfast buffet is great, and we loved our river view room. The staff, especially Min and Jack, were super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

The rooms are stunning with those cool Vietnamese antiques, and ag man, the balcony view over the river while sipping on something cold is just bliss! Brekkie next to the water was also a highlight—so lekker! Shout out to Aimee for making us feel right at home!

The couches in the room could’ve been a bit more comfy though, they were a bit too hard for my liking.

Beautiful boutique hotel with all sorts of activities to enjoy. Staff went above and beyond to ensure we were delighted with our room, breakfast, and massage. Outdoor dining next to the river was awesome! 🍽️🌊

Wi-fi could be a bit more reliable.

the shower head wasn't working well , and it had low water pressure. the view from the riverfront balcony was wonderful. breakfast had a chef station for cooked eggs which was awesome. staff were very welcoming and helpful! 😊
